Horrible hotel to avoid we were assigned a 1st room filled with cobwebs and big spiders. We asked to change rooms (the staff was apparently surprised to see all the spiders in the room) arrived in the 2nd room same observation dirty and filled with spiders, cockroaches I strongly advise against this hotel

The breakfast service which was a buffet did not include a tray or plates. I had to take a napkin to put my bread on and spread it. No lighting in the breakfast room. Dark room. I wanted to take some cups and they were all poorly washed, not to mention dirty! So I drank my tea from a cup. I wanted to enjoy my tea on the terrace but the tables were not cleaned. I regret having had breakfast there. And not even a fruit basket at the buffet!

The rooms were extremely small. The sink in the room was very dirty. The shared showers and sinks were not clean either (hair everywhere). The breakfast area was also very disappointing. We were a group of 24 people and half of us could sit down and the rest had to stand. There was packaged bread, two types with Nutella and jam, and a cereal. Unfortunately very sparse.

I do not recommend this hotel - the toilets were full of pee and were comparable to portable toilets - no sink in the toilet and you only have to use a towel outside and no soap - the showers were moldy and dirty - the sink in the room was not clean and again had no soap - the floor was neither vacuumed nor mopped - the table was dirty - breakfast was left out in the open all night, so the bread looked like it was two days old - no plates and cups were cleaned with a dirty cloth - unfriendly people - staff hit on young women!! - the beds were fine. I will never book here again!

Rooms were tidy and cleaned every day, with the change of towels and sheets, beautifully furnished. Excellent staff and available at all hours. We had a great time. The only negative thing was the bathroom, very very small, we didn't think it was like that, but for the rest everything was excellent.

Chambre trés propre, couleurs agréables, literie très propre. Prise à côté du miroir pratique pour fer à lisser.
Dommage il manquait une corbeille ou poubelle dans la chambre, pas d'articles de toilette et les serviettes sont en option.

Voisins et passants trop bruyants on entend des gros "boum"
Toilettes communes : manquait de propriété tard le soir et pas de serviette pour les mains et papier toilette.

Chambre propre contenant tout le nécessaire pour une nuit. Pas d'ascenseur mais ce n'est pas si grave. Belle vue sur une place très calme et charmante. Proche de nombreux restaurant et points d'intérêt. Personnelle très aimable.

Very bad experience. Overall, the common bathrooms and specially showers are totally disgusting. Not only were there lots of hair but also saw a cover for a razor, which i find very unhigienic. I have been in campings where cleaning level was far superior. Regarding customer service, the worst i have experience so far. I left a valuable item behind and had to call every few days for two weeks explaining the problem again and again saying i would pay the shipment. Some won't even speak English. No answer to emails. Now they say they just will not ship it.
