Ich habe das Essen hier nicht ausprobiert, ich weiß nicht, ob es gut ist. Das Licht war dunkel und ich mochte das Dachboden nicht.

Ein Hotel in wunderschönen, historischen Gebäuden mit herrlichem Innenhof. Äußerst zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht, sauber, ordentlich. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreisen möchte empfiehlt es sich einen Parkplatz zu buchen. Das Auto wird dann außerhalb geparkt, zur Abreise wieder vorgefahren. Äußerst freundlicher Service vom Empfang bis zur Abreise. Eine der besten Adressen in Straßburg! Klare Empfehlung.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Herzlichen Dank an ALLE. Das Hotel liegt neben dem IRCAD (Medizin-Kongresse und -kurse), gehweit von der Barrage Vauban und den Ponts Couvert entfernt. Petite France, die Altstadt und das Münster erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber und auch groß (Double Classic). Die Dusche toll und groß. Der Tresor groß genug für eine Digi-Camera und einen Laptop. Wir kommen wieder! PS: die Bar ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

A priori les commentaires Tripadvisor ne sont pas lus ou mal considérés. La proposition d’une bouteille d’eau à disposition émise à plusieurs reprises n’est pas acceptée au profit d’une bouteille d’evian payante du mini bar. Il n’y a pas de petit profit Dommage car le lieu à la décoration épurée est beau ainsi que le spa qui reste remarquable. Par ailleurs accueil sympathique.

Un hôtel au bon rapport qualité-prix, parfaitement situé pour explorer Strasbourg. Avec un accès facile aux attractions populaires, restaurants et transports en commun, se déplacer dans la ville était un jeu d'enfant. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue — idéale pour une escapade de quelques jours. Bien qu'elle puisse sembler un peu petite pour un séjour prolongé, elle offre suffisamment de confort pour un week-end agréable. Ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour, c'était le personnel. Ils étaient adorables, toujours souriants et prêts à faire un effort supplémentaire pour s'assurer que les clients passent un bon moment. Que ce soit pour donner des indications, faire des recommandations ou répondre à des demandes spécifiques, rien n'était jamais trop demander. Le seul petit inconvénient était que les murs étaient un peu fins, donc nous pouvions parfois entendre des bruits provenant du couloir. Cependant, cela n'a pas vraiment affecté notre expérience globale. En résumé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel à quiconque cherche un séjour agréable à Strasbourg, avec un excellent service et un emplacement pratique.

The spa I was given 1 hour only . No receptionist on the spa no water or refreshment. I rang reception of hotel to ask for water, I was dehydrated from the sauna, they could not help. I tried to go to the gym to get water and was locked out of the spa ! I had to go to the breakfast room and ask for help in my swimsuit. Very embarrassing. By the time I got back into the spa my hour was complete. No response from the hotel! I travel often to Strasbourg but this hotel is all show horse and no customer service !
