Please stay clear if you’re a disabled traveller, as the amenities designed for accessibility are not available. I had a broken shower chair, which was also covered in mould, and the concierge said he’d come back with a solution… that didn’t happen. The rooms are incredibly dated. And not just from a visual standpoint, but red cords that finish half way up the wall, and items put way out of reach for people using the accessible room. Furthermore, if you’re looking to travel with an assistance dog, be prepared to fork out for illegal charges and be segregated from anyone else who you may want to sit with at meals. I tried to explain that this isn’t ok, but was just told to sit in the bar away from friends not to disturb other people with my presence.
