Was needing a place in Stornoway for the night, after a my partner's homecoming party from hospital. Staff so polite! Excellent place to stay, comfy bed, so warm, almost too warm. Breakfast 10/10. Great value for money. Definitely will stay again.

The staff was always friendly and outgoing. The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable. The location for walking and shopping the downtown area was great.

Excellent place to stay and convenient, from the welcome to assistance of any kind, nothing was too much trouble for the personable staff. Wonderful room, very warm and comfort and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was wonderful, so if looking for a place to stay in Stornaway, this is it.

Not the most convenient accommodations to access or to park at, but very nice rooms, clean and tidy, and the staff was beyond pleasant and helpful!

Beautiful room Large area to sit and relax with a fully equipped kitchen My room was spacious and very clean it was a shame I was only there 6 hours so didn’t get to try the breakfast as I had a ferry to catch would definitely stay here again plenty of on street parking

I very much enjoyed my time staying here. I was made to feel very welcome and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every breakfast that I had. I would definitely come again, and would recommend it to anyone that wants to explore this beautiful part of the world.

I was greeted with a friendly and helpful manner and that continued throughout my stay. My room was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast included. No issues or problems were encountered during my stay; I would recommend to others wishing to go to the Isle of Lewis/Stornoway.

Friendly welcome! Attractive decor, cosy, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast menu with healthy options and full Scottish! Perfect base for exploring or relaxing! Thank you Brigitte and staff for thoughtful hospitality and care package for early ferry!
