Anyway, the location is great... it's just a few minutes to the shopping center, and there's a nice restaurant called Willow in front.
If I go back next time, I'd like to stay here again.

remodel looks great, staff friendly, beds comfy, but dont waste your money on breakfast. reheated tasteless rubbish it was clear bacon was reheated because parts of the dish they brought out still had cold spots from the fridge.. frankie and bennies next door is a much better option

Great place to stay along with location. Annual shopping stayover so have stayed before. Always a pleasant experience, confortable with helpful pleasant staff Very nice experience with nice food & hospitality. Food offer is very good with nice selections. Defo stay again

Second time staying in this hotel when visiting from Scotland and had the best time. Friendly staff, very clean and overall 10/10 experience. 2 for £12 cocktails are a nice touch after a long day of exploring. Will definitely be back to this hotel!

We love this hotel! Family room was spacious and comfortable, staff were all friendly, proactive and helpful and food/drinks/breakfast were great with excellent gluten free options and information. After a grim and outrageously-priced night staying in one of the Alton Towers Splash Landings ‘family rooms’, our stay at Premier Inn was a complete breath of fresh air. Thank you Premier Inn Trentham!

Went for breakfast today and all I can say is WOW …everything was so well run, food was fresh and delicious compliments to the chef Paul such a nice guy too!…waitresses Mandy and Marjorie were so efficient, tables were never left dirty, cleared as soon as people left and all food was filled up promptly. These two ladies are also very friendly…we will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Breakfast…..Excellent service, good hot and fresh and no shortage of anything..compliments to the chef and the 2 ladies waiting on the tables were amazing and so efficient! The tables were cleared promptly and everywhere was clean and welcoming.

Primer inn’s can be hit or Miss but on our opinion this is one of the best. My parents, my son and me and wife had 3 newly refurbished rooms and all were exceptional. Great staff and lobby was really nice and inviting. Only had 1 night but a vey good impression will have us going back for sure.

Absolutely disgusting!! Was given a room which had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. Wet towels hanging in the bathroom, Shower Towel still on the floor, Bed not made, 2 Dirty coffee mugs, A glass from the bar and a water tumbler with lip marks still on it. Ended up having to drag my cases to another room after complaining at reception. Obviously no communication between Housekeeping and Reception.
