Great value for money. The hotel is located in the lively area of Vasastan with everything close by: various restaurants, pubs and shops, COOP, SATS. Buses and Tunnelbana (subway) are right there. The restaurant itself (Burgers&Beers) offers the best burgers in the city - and I am saying this as a 'Stockholmare' / someone who knows Stockholm well.

The positive things: Good location, 5 min walking from metro. Great breakfast, more choices than usual for vegans Friendly staff The linnen was clean Not so positive: Room is pretty dated and has carpet, which doesn’t look clean at all. They made an effort to have nice decor but it’s not enough to hide that it’s all a bit worn and dirty. Security could be better. There is no lock on the inside of the door of the room. To get to the room, you have to pass 2 doors with a keycard, these were unlocked or even wide open on lots of occasions. I put a chair and bags in front of the door at night. You can also hear the locks of nearby doors opening, so this made me a bit more on edge, as it sounds as if someone is coming in your room. I did not sleep well at all (also because the bed is very soft, which I personally don’t like). There is no refrigerator but there is a big ironing board and iron in the very small area that is supposed te be your ‘closet’. Don’t need an iron, do need a refrigerator. There is no thermostat and it was very hot in the room. Had the window open whenever we were in the room, also at night. On the bed there is only linnen on the topper and nothing covering the side of the boxspring. There is very little room in the bathroom to put your stuff. The curtain is too small so you can not make the room dark at all. At night there is also some light that comes in. For reference: I stayed in room 518, overlooking the courtyard. It seems as if there are also newer rooms in a different hallway on this floor, I am not sure how many of the rooms are of this poor quality.

We booked at internet 2 standard rooms, queen bed, 4 nights. When we arrived, we have got 2 little spaces, 12m, under the roof in the attic. In half the room, you could not stand up under the roof. The bed was 1.40x1,9 m, only accessible at 1 side, no ponde in the front because off lac of hight. The head of the shower was max at 1,75 m, also because of the roof, in a bathroom of 2x1 m. To open the window i had to climb on the chair to reach the lock. And this space was rented to us as a room for 2 persons. At night , al night, there was the noise of running water in the pipes of the heating and the whooshing of al the ventilation pipes on the roof. We tried to sleep there for 1 night, impossible. Next morning we demanded to see someone from the management to complain but no one was available. Then they offered us 2 other rooms, on the second floor, same size of bed, a little larger, a lot higher, same price and our problem was solved. Why do they try to rent such little spaces in the attic as standard double rooms? If they had given us the right rooms the first day, our visit would have been perfect.

We stayed for 4 nights in July as 2 families of 4 at the end of a 2 week trip so we had three big cases each. We each had family rooms and whilst one was a good size, the other (at the same price) was really very small. We had to move a table into the bathroom to fit our cases in and still have room to walk around. Our 2 children were on a 3/4 size sofabed. There was no cupboard or wardrobe and no safe despite the website saying there was one. We had to store our valuables in our friends much bigger room which did have a safe. The room was hot and stuffy and we needed fans to keep us cool at night. We asked the front desk team about moving rooms to a bigger room and were advised to contact the manager by email which we did on the same evening as we arrived. We did not receive a reply. The breakfast is excellent in terms of the quality of the food but the room is too small and often our family could not sit together irrespective of the time we attended. The staff were very efficient and attentive as well as friendly. The location is great. 5 minute walk to the big fountain where the Underground station and shopping centre are and there are plenty lovely restaurants within 10-15 minute walk. It’s quiet and always felt very safe. Stockholm is an amazing city and we would return but not to this hotel.

Stayed here 4 nights while visiting Stockholm, much cheaper after a couple nights in the old town. Only 8 minutes to centre on frequent trains, we found the transit pass super convenient and hotel was only 4 minute walk to train. So, location is good value, room sizes were great compared to town centre, all hotel staff very friendly and there was a nice playroom for little kids. Breakfast was very good, enough to last till dinner, beds were comfy and large. Only downside, not many restaurants in the area (a few) and the hotel restaurant for dinner was mediocre, so much better to eat +10 minutes away downtown. But Willy’s supermarket across the street had lots of food if you want to but snacks.

I have to say that the hotel is very satisfactory. I stayed in the cheapest room in the hotel at the beginning of March. Although it is in the basement, its air quality and ventilation system is still very good. I spent two quiet nights here, although the hotel has a party in the lobby and bar in the afternoon and evening. But after 10 o'clock, there is no sound. The bathroom of this hotel also makes me very happy, because its bath glass is really beautiful, and it is equipped with a lot of lights to ensure that even if I need to use lights at night, but Not dazzling.
