Unterkunft war ok. Wir hatten durch Taylor Swift Konzert natürlich höheren Preis als sonst üblich und Preis/Leistung war dadurch natürlich nicht im Verhältnis. Würde ich aber nicht als 4 Sterne Unterkunft werten. Lage nach Wien sehr gut mit PKW

In familiärer Atmosphäre sorgt ein harmonisch zusammenwirkendes Team für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Service ist Kundenorientiert und die Speisen zum Frühstück sowie Abendessen sind schmackhaft, abwechslungsreich und es wird sich auf Unverträglichkeiten (Gluten, Laktose) eingestellt. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten des Personals von der Rezeption über das Housekeeping und Servicebereich.

Stockerau is a nice enough little town but it is pretty dead and a 14 mile trek from Vienna. Our room was neat and clean, albeit somewhat dark due to poor lighting. The air conditioning worked very well but there was no fridge. The internet was fast and reliable. Our room had a nice balcony and a TV, although none of the 95 channels were British. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was typically poor European fare, the staff were overwhelmed by the presence of two coachloads of guests and the food was not replenished quickly. However, the evening meals were very good, with a wide choice of tasty food options (although the layout of the food area was illogical and led to a couple of crowded choke points). There was a problem with the provision of tap water. It was very hot, we had had a very long journey in the height of summer and on the first night people (quite reasonably) asked for tap water with their meal. The head waiter, who took all the orders personally, provided it but he was clearly unhappy. After grumbling about it for a couple of nights, he ended up charging for it. This is unacceptable and it loses the hotel one star.

Very nice family-run hotel. Nice evening receptionist. Good breakfast. Good Wifi. Parking is limited, but you can easily park in public area.

Das Hotel Hotel ist wirklich zentral gelegen man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Von vorne sieht man gar nicht, wie groß das Hotel ist. Schaut eher aus wie ein mittelständisches Hotel in einer Altstadt. Tatsächlich geht es hier in die Tiefe und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem guten Hotel erwartet. Ich das Zimmer 203 im zweiten Stock mit Balkon dieser war großzügig und auch mit zwei Stühlen und Tisch, so dass man sehr schön auch draußen sitzen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich hatte vergessen beim Safe zuerst den Knopf innen zum Löschen zu drücken des Codes zu drücken,innerhalb von 5 Minuten war jemand da, der den Safe wieder öffnete. Es ist sehr ruhig zumindest in dem Zimmer wo ich war So kann ich das Hotel in jedem Fall Fall empfehlen wer Zeit hat kann in der Nähe das Freibad besuchen, das wirklich außergewöhnlich großzügig gestaltet ist.
