It was a good stay clean room nice front desk good area I love it

The overall experience was poor. The floors were not cleaned well. The shower was dirty looking with a permanent stain. The bed was not very comfortable. The lobby had used appliances for sale. The coffee was better than expected and the breakfast had prepackaged pastries. The price was good but be warned. I would spend a few more bucks for a better place.

Start with good. Room was pretty clean although spread had a nasty stain. Big shower. BAD: Staff will barely speak to you. There is NO continental breakfast and I believe what they do serve is a Health Violation. Unwrapped teabags, buns that have obviously in a pack and then Unwrapped in seranwrop, big jar of jelly, cereal so stale it has no scent and tastes like cardboard.

The owner here is a ******. He follows blacks to their room, he talks behind their backs referring to how nasty blacks are. So rude to us everytime we come here. We will never be back. Hotel owners should not be ****** to black people

Stayed here because I was returning a rental car to Hartsfield Airport early the next morning. Not wanting to drive all the way from Macon early, the fiancé and I stayed here. I was a bit leery about staying at a Red Roof after my previous experience at the one which is closer to the airport, but after staying at this Red Roof, my concerns went away. The young lady behind the counter, even with her first day being back to work after a long vacation, was very friendly to my fiancé and I. We had a room with a king sized bed, which was very comfortable, and everything in the room worked as it should have. I did not hear any noises, especially traffic, as this hotel is literally off of I-75. Check out was very easy, and the staff were still as friendly as the young lady was the night before. This will be my new hotel to stay at when I either have an early morning flight or if I’m returning a rental car to Hartsfield.

The linen (the most important part of any overnight stay was not clean. I am a ready rewards member and the guy in the front said they are not equipped to give water bottles which is the norm as a part of the Redi Rewards program. They received better than a 1 because Linda at the front is incredible. She was extremely helpful but much of it was out of her control since she doesn't clean the rooms.
