This hotel is very conveniently located however in the 5 nights I stayed there my room only got cleaned once.
There was no room attendant in the evenings so if you needed any additional towels, you had to physically go to the lobby to get them. The air conditioning was also a problem in the lobby area.

I have worked at 3,4 and 5 star hotels for 15 years in Orlando, Florida. I've been in every position from night auditor to front desk manager. When my friend and I checked in, a wonderful young lady by the name of Tara Camden greeted us with a warm smile and amazing voice. Tara's front desk skills were flawless! Her composure and "attention to detail" were incredible! She has the gift of performing "naturally" at what she does. It is clearly evident that she "loves" taking care the guest from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend that the hotel management seriously consider give her the position of "front desk trainer". Keep up the great job Tara! One day you will make an awsome manager! Robert F.

I took my family down for breakfast before we checked out and was met by Ms.Terry. Let me tell you about your team member who went above and beyond. She engaged with my children, asked about our vacation and how much fun they had. She checked on us throughout our breakfast to make sure we did not need anything. She maintained the breakfast table area, the buffet line and kept the food stocked. She did all that while still greeting and asking people about their day and stay. I appreciate everything she did to make our morning better

Ms. Terry was very professional, friendly, pleasant, kind and helpful. I will definitely come back to the Fairfield Inn again. The food was good, and the breakfast attendant was amazing. Ms. Anita....................................................

We stayed here for one night in February 2024. We checked in late around midnight and were met by a friendly employee at the desk. Our room was large and spacious and I think we must have been upgraded to a suite. We had a difficult time sleeping due to the the noise of the highway and maybe some drag racing on the road near the hotel throughout the night. The room furnishings seemed newer and things were clean. However, there was water stainage on the ceiling. The bathroom door only opened part way and otherwise would get stuck on the flooring. The complimentary breakfast was typical of a Fairfield with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and a coffee station.

Wonderful stay! Clean and comfortable. But most of all the staff was so friendly. The ladies that served breakfast, which was awesome, Peggy and Terry, went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Front desk staff were also fun to chat with.

Very accommodating with issues within my room. My issues were my refrigerator not turning on and a lumpy mattress. . Front desk clerk Betty was absolutely awesome and her follow-through was top-notch. I would definitely stay here again thank you Fairfield but more over thank you Miss Betty.

I have never been so disappointed in a Marriott property. The hotel was in disrepair. The wallpaper was loose in the bathroom, the grout had pulled away from the shower enclosure and much of it was black, the shower enclosure was cracked, and the sofa in the living room was stained. It wasn't the cleanest property either: the desk in the room was sticky, the floors in the elevators had beverage stains that stayed there from check-in to check-out. The fixtures were high-end. American Standard and a large mirror that was lighted in bathroom, but the hotel has seen better days. I will never stay there again and would advice you to do the same.
