At first we were assigned a room that had mot been cleaned but when we went to the reception we were quickly helped to a new room. Very sweet and friendly lady that greeted us upon arrival. Overall cozy hotell.

Essen total überteuert, fast eine Stunde aufs Essen gewartet. am Ende ein Totgeklopftes, trockenes Schnitzel bekommen. Zimmer sehr veraltet und teilweise auch defekte Teile, Armaturen, Türen...

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe dort und waren sehr enttäuscht von den Zimmern und dem Abendessen. Die Zeit ist in den älteren Zimmern mehr als stehengeblieben! Blumentapeten, abgewohnte Badezimmer, winzige Ablagen im Bad, Kitfugen lösen sich, halbe Badewanne... Die Speisekarte auf der website klingt ja sehr schmackhaft, was uns da aber abends lieblos serviert wurde, habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Da scheint es einen anderen Koch speziell für Reisegruppen zu geben? Anders kann ich mir das nicht erklären! Tomatensuppe schmeckte nach Tüte, das Gemüse war aus dem Wasser gezogen, ohne Salz oder Gewürze, Die "Jus-Sause" dünn und viel zu wenig, die Rouladen so hart, dass man draufklopfen konnte und auf die Karotten wurde einfach ein Klecks Schmand draufgehauen. Fantasielos, lieblos, geschmacklos, leider. Der Nachtisch wurde mit reichlich Dosenobst garniert und das winzige Brotstück zum Salat war noch halb tiefgefroren. Schade... wir finden, man kann auch mit wenig "Budget" etwas schmackhaftes zaubern, wenn man denn gewillt ist. Die Bar ist nett, war aber unbedient. Wir hätten gerne noch etwas getrunken, aber man fühlt sich dort nicht richtig willkommen. Anscheindend ist man als weniger rentable Reisegruppe eine Art "Reisender 2. Klasse". Das einigermassen positive war das Frühstück, allerdings war der Kaffee aus der Kanne gruselig. Nebendran steht aber eine hochmoderne Kaffeemaschine.. Auf meine Frage, ob ich auch Capucchino haben könnte (hätte ich auch gezahlt) kam ein knappes NEIN. Schade. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

The hotel of Philipp Gassner is such a welcoming place in this busy world . Located in the center of Stockach , a cute German town close to Lake Constance The hotel has simple and super clean rooms , a mini bar with schwipp Schwapp (Love) and a very beautiful garden, where you can enjoy a glass of champagne or two. The food was excellent , super high quality with love to detail The staff was very well trained and very friendly Definitely a staple for me in this area !

Getroffen im schönen Garten. Herrliche Antipasti gegessen mit köstlichem Schinken. Wunderbar diniert mit zuvorkommendem Service. In der Bar getanzt und dann mit dem Lift ins Bett gefahren. Perfekte Location für ein Sommerfest.
