I stay here a lot as I travel for work. The staff and management are amazing and they are always welcoming and professional. The rooms are clean and the food selection is good and hot! I've yet to experience a bad time. The water slide, pool and hot in is great when you need to relax. 5 star in my mind! Keep up the great work Ramada!

I wanted to let you know how very impressed we were with the staff and the hotel! We had an amazing stay. We were there for the cattle show and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too! Hope to stay again soon! It was also super impressive that the cleanliness was maintained with a cattle show and hockey tournament staying the whole weekend.

Alissa at the front desk is the BEST! People here CARE. Housekeeping is excellent. I forgot a pair of jeans in my room. They had them when I called to ask if they did. Alissa helped me with my check in that was all messed up (she fixed it) Alissa helped me when my pants were left behind (she found them and had them behind the desk upon my return. And Alissa and the other front desk staff are always smiling and ready to make my day. Really can not say enough about the staff in stettler. THANK YOU!

Had a great stay! Very clean facilities especially the pool area. Awesome water slide and great continental breakfast. Room was great. Friendly staff that made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

We booked the Ramada Stettler since we were taking Polar Express train ride, which was phenomenal by the way. The Ramada staff and the hotel couldn't have been better. Took the whole family, 14 of us, 5 rooms and everyone was very pleased with hotel.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel already. We booked it specifically for use of the pool and we're just told it's closed and they can't do anything for us because we booked with a third party. We now have to drive to a different hotel pool. This should be on the website if amenities are closed. It's false advertising as far as I'm concerned. Not impressed.

Stayed just one night but it was great. While working in the area it was super clean relaxing and quiet even with what seemed to be lots of kids around. This waterside park behind was great for an after dinner stretch and front staff were friendly and cheerful. Overall great stay and will be back again when passing through Stettler.

Great service and clean updated rooms, Staff were very helpful and the stay was excellent. Love and appreciate that they provide gluten free options for breakfast. Would recomend the hotel to anyone and will stay again.

The hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was good. The rooms were quite a bit worn. Our iron did not work. The price was quite high for the quality of room we had. That’s all I have to add but this review requires 200 characters .
