About this property
Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. Thereโs room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars youโve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If youโve got a big group, this is your place.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 5 total).All pet stains and damage paid by renter.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Turn thermostats off when you leave (upstairs hallway and living room).
