"I stayed here for a week straight. The hotel is nestled on a hill, offering a fantastic environment and convenient transportation. It's very close to Gergeti Trinity Church and other main attractions, which is a big plus. The breakfast in the morning was also quite good. The owner is a young guy and very easy to communicate with."

"As this hotel seems to be geared mainly toward group tourists, the breakfast was exactly the same every day during my 3-night stay. I stayed in Room 150 for three nights, and I could not sleep properly because of the streetlight outside. The blackout curtains did not fully close, allowing light to enter the room as shown in the photo below. For a short stay of one or two nights, this may not be a major issue. However, for guests staying longer than two nights, I would not recommend this hotel. Other than the view, I did not feel particularly comfortable or well-rested during my stay."

"This is one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. The room is new and very clean, there is hot and cold drinking water in the foyer, and the views out the window are world class. It can be a little hard to find, but after you see the 10 Stefatsminda sign, go into the metal door (see photos). The photo of Gergeti Trinity Church I included was taken from the room. It's incredible. I have only good things to say about this place. It's amazing."

"The cottage is near the centre, about 15 minutes walk. The staff was nice and polite. Their breakfast availability is only available in the summer, so we couldn’t avail the breakfast. The room was spacious enough for the family of three however, our toilet in the bathroom was making a noise every time we flushed. ..and there’s not enough lights in the room so when draw the curtain, it’s a bit dark and having a 12 month old baby is not good enough to see stuff in the middle of the night"

"I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful."

"Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰"

"The view of Mount Kazbegi from the hotel room was amazing. Especially the night view of the Gergeti Trinity Church was fantastic. On the day I returned to Tbilisi, there was so much snow on the Jvari Pass that it was closed, but I was able to take the cable car from Kobi to Gudauri and safely returned to Tbilisi. Thank goodness. No photos."
