"Everything about the room was great, from the view to the facilities. However, the owner only speaks Georgian, which made communication a bit difficult. On the way to the hotel, there's a cattle pen with a very aggressive white dog that barks furiously whenever it hears people. The fence is also quite low, so I was constantly worried the dog might jump over it. It was truly terrifying! The owner should really talk to the neighbors about raising the fence to keep the dog contained."

A very nice lawn outside. Surrounded by mountains, it has a majestic all through the day. A 15 MIN DRIVE BEHIND THE COTTAGES & ONE LANDS RIGHT IN THE HEELS OF THE MOUNTAINS. Beautiful yellow flowers, green grass, cows, wild horses and right at the rear the grey, brown mountains form the magical memory of a lifetime."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was clean with a great view of the snow-capped mountains. Breakfast was plentiful. I had an early hike planned, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they prepared a large breakfast package for me. It was beyond my expectations!"

"I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful."

"The bathroom in the room had a terrible stench; the smell was unbearable as soon as you opened the door. The worst part was waking up in the middle of the night to find the heating was off! In the morning, I could only brush my teeth and wash my face with cold water. The sub-zero temperatures were absolutely awful."

"Great location, fantastic views, great food. The person at the reception was nice and changed our room to a higher floor. (Wish the balcony was a little larger. ) Would like to especially thank Diana who is not only a lovely, friendly person, she was smiley, helpful and very welcoming. She helped my friend with first aid when he cut his finger. Also, she is a climber and has climbed Mt. Kazbeg which is over 5000 metres! Thank you Diana!"
