Great hotel and staff. Rooms and beds are kept very clean. Staff is very helpful with all needs, if one person can't solve your problem then they will find someone who can. Fresh and hot breakfast and hot coffee every morning. Also has a computer room and conference room to help with all business related matters. Would recommend for personal and business trips

This hotel is the filthiest place I have ever entered. I trusted the other reviews of cleanliness and took a chance staying and sleeping for 1 night on our long road trip home. There were bugs and the bathroom was covered in mold. There was a liquor bottle behind the bed. The walls, ceiling, linens, and furniture were incredibly stained dirty. It was so awful that we slept in our vehicle as we were too tired to drive anywhere else and knew we could not sleep inside. This hotel should be shut down immediately. Do NOT stay here.

I’m being generous with 2 stars only because it was clean. The beds, couch and toilet are very low to the floor. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower head looked like it was going to fall off the wall along with the faucet. The biggest issue was when I turned the bathroom/fan on the smell of **** was overpowering. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was a Pool and it looked beautiful but it was closed. Before 7:30am we went down for the Hot breakfast buffet. It had soggy biscuits, maybe a cup of eggs and some gravy left. They never refilled any trays after the construction crew ate. We were in Room 215 it was clean. It needs refreshed with carpet and new furniture. The bath tub needs replaced. I do have to say for being pet friendly the establishment was odor free. Kudos to the cleaning staff.

This property is exceptionally clean, as I normally frequent others. That said , the price was great for a Friday night and the room was clean and comfortable. Miss Julia at the front desk was as polite as anyone I’ve ever met in any stay at any establishment. She was accommodating and in all actuality should be the highest paid desk clerk I’ve met. Great stay, great price and a great start to our weekend in Statesville. Thank you Julia

Check in was easy. Friendly helpful staff. Older property, needs some TLC. Clean comfortable beds, which is all we were looking for, for a one night stopover. Our suite was right next to elevator, but was surprisingly quiet. Decent hot and cold breakfast bar was included. I would stay again.

Helpful staff Dog barking all night in room across the hall. Room was very dated, Bathroom light/fan on the same switch and the fan was incredibly noisy. Mold around the soap holder on the shower wall. Shower water was cold. Breakfast was adequate. All hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. Water tasted like chlorine.

Check in was easy enough. Senior discount wasn't much of a deal. Bathroom fixtures are rather old and water pressure was low. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of towels which is appreciated. I was glad i had my own soaps and shampoo because as with many hotels these days, the ones provided are quite small. Good working fridge with freezer. Room lighting was a bit dim. Bathroom light only worked with a very noisy fan running the whole time and the mirror still fogged up even with the door wide open. Main door had gaps all the way around it. TV and internet worked fine but there was no 'guide' on the TV to see what to watch without going through every channel. Breakfast selection was very good although the hot foods and coffee were lukewarm. All in all it was fine for a one night stay.

Most importantly, this hotel was clean and well-maintained. We were surprised to see that this location has a bar which opens at 5:00 pm. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Considering the reasonable price , this is a good place to stay for one night.
