Service is very good and the staffs are very friendly.

Rude staff, no parking, freezing cold room, not given late check out..... Rude staff needs saying twice. The family room was clean though the shower tiles had someone else's hairs on, we only had one bath towel and two medium. The bed was hard and the WiFi was rubbish.

So many problems. In order from when we arrived: I checked in on the kiosks as only one person was at reception and was busy dealing with a customer who had no reservation. Only on e of the 3 kiosks was working. The kiosk, it turns out, does not provide you with the wifi code you should get when checking in to a premier plus room. So I had to return to reception to get this. I was in the furthest room on the highest floor so that was fun exercise. Turns out reception knows the kiosk machines don't do this so why this is not fixed when the company is aware if a mystery. The fridge was broken. This was the main reason for paying extra for the plus room. The mattress was broken and had a spring sticking out that cut you when you sat on the edge of the bed. It had been like that a while as it had created a big hole in the side of the mattress. The room was too hot too sleep. it was 5 degrees outside but you can't open the window. You can't turn down the aircon (although it never reached the temperature set anyway) or get it to bring in outside as it is permanently set to recirculate as if I am some child who can't be trusted to know what settings I want. The anti-slip finish in the bath has worn away so it is dangerously slippery and make getting out a lethal activity. Reception was not manned when I tried to get help for the temperature and they do not answer the phone despite it ringing for several minutes. When you report the problems to them they get combative about not being told at the time, when you tell them they did not answer the phone when you called at after midnight they aggresively respond that I should have come down to reception (the same one that had no-one to answer the phone) despite it being the early hours of the morning. All in all an experience that shows that they should be avoided.

Staff were very helpful when checking in. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I had one of the superior rooms and it was well worth the extra I terms of comfort, availability of coffee and other hot drinks plus water in the mini fridge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Cannot comment on the food as I used it for a base to visit family so did kot eat there. The location is in the heart of Staines so very well situated.

My husband & I were invited to a close friend's 60th Birthday not far from this hotel, so it made sense to book this particular one... The Receptionist was warm & inviting on our arrival as she apologised for keeping us waiting as she had a situation she was dealing with on the phone, but paused her call to attend to us... She explained the only room available to us was for someone using a wheelchair as she went onto explain the bed & bath were lower than 'standard' one's to make easier access, she said she hoped we were OK with this which we had no issue with this... ▪︎ Each floor of the hotel had lift & stair access... ▪︎ Our room was perfect in every way!! Light, airy, spacious & spotless!! ▪︎ Our bed was heavenly!! The mattress & duvet was soooooo comfy!! I had theeeeeee most amazing nights sleep which I've not had in a long time!! I was prepared to buy the duvet & cover there and then if they had them on sale!!! ▪︎ The onsite restaurant was fantastic!! On our late return from our event, the very kind lady behind the bar was so accommodating when we asjed if we could take a jug of water to our room. She even offered ice bless her!! ▪︎ Breafast the following morning was out of this world!! The cooked food was piping hot & soooooooo tasty as was the coffees!! All-round service of this hotel was well deserving of FIVE STARS 🌟 And would definitely recommend it!!
