The room is clean and spotless, with modern decor and crisp bed sheets, for which many thanks to Mr. Subhankar, Ms. Saizikpuii and the other room cleaning team members. The breakfast and dinner buffs are delicious, with huge variety of options.

The best place I have ever gone and the thing from the ambience to the food everything was top the taste of cheese balls where melted in my mouth and paneer tikka was so good butter roti and the ice cream the chocolate everything was tasty and fun

I've had the pleasure of experiencing the best and friendliest staff here. They're always welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate guests, greeting you warmly every time you walk in. This hotel offers the best customer service of any Marriott I've stayed at. The room service is exceptional, and special thanks to Gangadar from housekeeping, who consistently ensures my room and laundry are spotless. Five stars to the service team! ***** Phil B.

Love the food in the restaurant. Everyone is kind n great us everyday, service is good especially the chef Senthil he cook nice Dosa, I been taking it everyday . Will definitely recommend ppl to stay in this hotel. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

The staff is exceptional here, hard working but anticipating your needs. Ranjita, Amit, Nikhil, Somu, Ritick, Florencia, Rasna and Prasenjit are some of the best servers and take care of me like a family. They are extremely professional and hard working as well as always gives a positive environment while wearing a smile. Also front desk was efficient and quick Ty Rahul and fella! Looking forward to returning to hotel!

My time at the Fairfield was made great and very comfortable by the staff there. The food is excellent and served hot and delicious. Special orders are welcome if the buffet doesn’t appeal to you. Room service is available 24 hrs a day if you should happen to need something in the middle of the night. The dining room staff are warm and friendly, treating you with a smile every time. Need coffee or juice? They’ll get it for you in a heart beat! Deepak in the bar is quick to get your drink and is pretty good at explaining Cricket to me. Rajul at the front desk greets me warmly and takes care of any requests in a timely manner upon my return from work. Thanks to Subrata from house keeping who has done a fantastic job of cleaning my room and keeping me well stocked in amenities. Overall, this hotel has by far exceeded my expectations!!
