The boat house is amazing, very luxurios and the staff is very helpful and polite and they were very welcoming their hospitality was amazing and i will always recommend to go there very very very nice place to go, we have visited as a couple and no disturbance and we were treated very nicely nothing negative to comment.

Lovely place to stay at, amazing hospitality, wonderful team out here, Specially Munir Bhai & Kaleem Bhai❤️❤️ Food was even amazing, more like homemade meals, and the staff members will even let you feel homely on the houseboat as if you’re staying at your own home. Fabulous experience 😍

The place as beautiful as always. Warming hospitablity and lovely welcome. I have been here 4 years back and now again with family, nothing has changed , its great as it was back then. Munner is very sweet and nice guy. Thanks for all the lovely and delicious food. Had a great time.

Our stay was awesome. Everything is just beyond our expectations specially their hospitality. Mr. Muneer and Mr. Kaleem both served us and it was very nice staying here. Food is also very nice, homely and they provided us freshly served everytime.

It’s rare to find someone so passionate about creating such a memorable experience for visitors. The houseboat itself is a masterpiece – beautifully designed interiors that reflect Kashmiri heritage, paired with modern comforts. Every detail, from the intricate woodwork to the cozy furnishings, exudes elegance and charm. It was a treat to just sit back and soak in the serene beauty of Nigeen Lake while enjoying the warmth of this unique space. The food was simply amazing – fresh, flavorful, and served with love. A big thank you to Mr. Manzoor and his amazing team for making our stay so memorable.
