I have had a great experience with clarks always. Clarks Srinagar had amazing service, very friendly staff, everyone is very helpful, and the breakfast was also good, there were nice options. The rooms are also nice, good for the price! Faisal Ahmed was really supportive throughout!

Looks can be deceptive
I stayed in hotel during end of Jan 2023.
Booked online seeing the photos and few good reviews. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable feeling.
Food is good.
Other noticeable concerns:
The Hotel is situated away from the Market/City center area. By looks the hotel looks great and If looks can be deceptive then this is the best example.
I Stayed for 1.5 days and both days there was no power whole day.
It was freezing cold weather (24Jan) but they do not provide room heater/Blower, AC is supposed to work as blower *But there was no power - So no AC*.
The Lift got stuck due to power failure my family was stuck for good 10 minutes. The Hotel staff was not even aware that the power has gone and someone is stuck in the lift - Lift alarm button was not working in power failure - This is a Sever safety concern.
The restaurant does not have any heater/Blower.

The hotel rooms was so small and the washroom was equal to the size of a matchstick. Even the spring of bed was coming out. The electricity was cut out at multiple times. Terrible experience.

Clarks inn, srinagar is a nice property which is situated in very quiet place. Tjeir service are very cordial and i will prefer to stay in this property in my next visit also.
