Dear, i am writing to complain about a recent booking i made. I had booked a stay at royal ha-meed on [23 mar -24 mar, but upon arrival, i was informed that i would be placed at a different property. The alternative accommodation provided was significantly below the standards advertised for royal hameed. The room lacked basic amenities such as drinking water, electric kettle, electric heater, and blanket. Additionally, there were no service staff available during my stay. Given that this was a one-night stay, it's unacceptable that i was placed in such substandard accommodations without prior notification or explanation. This experience falls short of the expectations i have, and i consider it a misrepresentation of the services booked. I kindly request a full refund for this booking and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
