Great location, fantastic food and superb hospitality. Special shoutout for Mr Akhtar, Mr Parvaiz, Mr Ishfaq and Mr Ashraf. The resort is beautifully made and has beautiful apple trees and flowers all around. Equipped with a 24/7 gym, spa, swimming pool and a kids play area. Highly recommend staying here.

Not worth for money
no buffet we had already booked our dinner also and then they gave us an average meal menu like one veg dish and one chicken dish(no choice of meal for you)
their resort was fully vacant still they accommodate us in the least good view room. Nothing to say now what’s happened already happened. Adding to my review that room size was also very short.

Shocked at the poor level of housekeeping. A very unpleasant and shocking incident took place in our room which we informed the Reception of so that management can take it up very emphatically. The bathroom has no heating and no mat in the shower stall. When temperatures go down to 2 degrees and below this is not at all thoughtful. The mixer in the shower stall was not working well and the bathroom walls were dirty. The room size and bathroom size are reasonably good and there is a patio where you can sit and enjoy the gardens and birds. The staff and manager at the restaurant are very good and happy to help but the menu for dinner and breakfast is very very limited and dismally average. The resort is about 45 minutes from the airport and due to the strict and multiple security checks at the airport you should leave the resort about 4 hours before your flight. The resort is well spread out with good gardens but the poor housekeeping negates all the good points. Due to this I do not recommend this resort.

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. The food was very good. The trip from airport to hotel and back was also very comfortable. Special thanks to Tanveer for being so nice during the trip from airport to hotel and back. Amazing experience...!!!

Great stay! hospitable staff, specially Lateef at the restaurant was super warm with us. Thank you for amazing stay. I definitely recommend visitors to stay at this amazing property! Its definitely worth the price! The rooms are very clean as well

This is best stay in our kashmir trip. Rooms are amazing and room service is best. We could not explore this resort even though we were here for two nights. Lot of time we spent on road in traffic jams. So had to checkout early in the morning at 10am even though our flight was at 7pm. As our driver was not ready to take any risk to return here after some shopping and lunch near dal lake. We too agreed to his suggest as we too experienced those traffic jams earlier. They certainly need to improve food quality and spread too.

Staff at dining was too quick to talk rather than listen to customers request. Same staff enquired for job opportunity overseas while we were eating! Desk staff instead of citing rates when we enquired face to face told us to check websites.
