My husband and I spent three nights at this lovely property in Srinagar. It was a memorable stay during which we experienced warmth, care and understanding from the owners Khurshid and Parveen as well as their staff that included Kulsum and her sisters.

The place is neat, clean and safe. Price wise bit high for the amenities available. Service staff particularly Kusum and her assistant are very kind, polite and helpful. If you plan to roam outside longer and stay inside less, this is an ideal place to choose

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, serene and well maintained cottage. Dal Lake, Tulip and Botanical gardens are just a short walk away. Kulsumji is a great host who was very helpful and made us feel at home with delicious breakfast and dinner. Khursidji, the owner, helped us plan and maximize our stay in Srinagar. He recommended a few must see places including Dachigam National Forest which was the highlight of our trip.

first of all, the property is away from the lake. they sell the room saying it's a lake view but the lake is far far away. the property is a house converted into a hotel with 3 rooms available for the guest. the breakfast menu is very average. they give you 3 options so nothing left to make tough decisions. we took the room for 8000, and honestly, I think it is worth 5000-6000 and not more than that. it's clean and the staff is friendly but i feel it's a bit overpriced if you take it for 10k. you won't find any public transport around the property, you will have to walk towards the lake which is 1.2 km away. the house is nice and quite but its just a house, its taking a hotel price when its really like an airbnb.

It was one of the best home stay experiences we have had. The owner (Mr Khurshed) is very very welcoming and the team at TOL Srinagar made our stay most comfortable, exciting and memorable. The Kashmiri warmth, superb hospitality and great great (homely) food made the stay most unique. Special shout out to Kulsum for taking such good care of us (esp. when we have a special needs child). We will stay here again very soon :))

This was a superlative experience. The homestay folks went over and above our expectations. Their hospitality comes from the heart. Truly impressive! It is perfectly located. Special thanks to Kusum and her team for their perfect service and warm hospitality. The food is delicious, the housekeeping is par excellence. Special thanks to Mr. Khurshid as well, the host with a heart. :) Once you have visited here, you will wish to return again and again.

Cosy and comfortable place to stay close to the lake. Rooms are spacious, very well adorned and maintained at their best. Staff and owners were very courteous and friendly. The best part of the place is home cooked food made by Kulsum - we had breakfast and dinner two days and all the meals were really delicious.

Good rooms,polite staff,specially kulsum ji who is an excellent cook and she made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable and cooked delicious food which made us sleep well.Shes a very sweet person,very friendly and very helpful.Also Nushat and Sana and Amir all were very polite and sweet All in all we were very happy.

We stayed at ToL for 4 nights and one word to describe it is Memorable. The rooms are spacious, the service by Kulsum and her two assistants is very good. The food is also very tasty and wholesome. The cherry 🍒 on the cake was the personal touch by Khurshid the owner of the property who made us feel absolutely at home. I would strongly recommend those travelling with their families to check in ToL Srinagar.
