Nice room ... it looked clean .. however, one of the dresser dwarves had the previous occupants bread, crackers, rice, and peanut butter... so apparently not cleaned great. Staff was friendly.. breakfast was ok. It was quiet and that was nice.

The checkin CSR, Sandy, was so pleasant and welcoming. Very friendly & appreciative. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean. Guest room was VERY clean. Location is very convenient to access city venues. No elevator for second floor rooms, but they were very happy to accommodate with a first floor room. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. I felt appreciated as a guest.

This airport hotel had free breakfast, which was the draw for us. The whole hotel seemed a bit dark. The floors of the room was hard wood-like composite, and it felt sort of dirty on my feet. The gym was simple, opens at 7am so the neighboring room wouldn't be awakened. Seems a little late to open the gym at that time. I asked about it when I was down there at 630am, and they let me in since there wasn't anyone in the neighboring room. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. They even had a pancake printer! The breakfast attendant was very chatty about being anti-masking, which was interesting. There were good parts to the stay and some less so. There are limited airport hotel options around here.

I stayed here with my son for one night because we were in town for a family event. Overall, this is a âvery goodâ motel, but far from âexcellent.â The woman who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. She was so nice and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are very OK. We were on a highway facing side of the hotel and we could hear the sound of the passing traffic from the interstate pretty much the entire night. The hotel is situated right off the interstate, so this was disruptive. They do have a small convenience-style restaurant with some basic food items in the lobby, but it is expensive and it's tough for me to get over the idea of actually paying for breakfast in the mornings. I appreciate the convenience of being able to buy a beer in the lobby instead of leaving the property to do so, but breakfast should be included or much less expensive than it is. The whole staff was very friendly and the room was clean enough. it was obvious that in the bathrooms, the duct had been spray painted to conceal what I can only imagine was rust, but the room itself was in acceptable condition. Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again mostly because of the noise from the road, but at $100/night, the price was fair for a mid-grade full service hotel.

Look at my photos. If you stay here check your bed carefully. This place is poorly managed like so many hotels in this price point nowadays. The check in was fine at the desk. Thatâs where fine ended. The room wasnât exactly clean at a glance. Pulled back the covers and found multiple nasty stains on the linens. The pillow cases are SO wrinkled we couldnât tell if they were dirty or they just stuff the clean laundry instead of folding (they stuff clean pillow cases instead of folding - was verified later by the staff member who came to our room and our own walk to leave that went by the open door of laundry) I called the front desk to report the disgusting bedding. A female staff member came up with sheets and I showed her the stains. She said she was sorry in a meek not overly committed way, not overly helpful, said she would tell day manager for extra assistance. Asked me if I could change the bed. Never heard from day manager. Never any offer to reimburse or anything else. The doors to these rooms slam if one doesnât hold it and ensure a gentle latch. Lots of slamming doors. But worse than the sheets was the hotel was over run with unsupervised teens there for the FBLA State Leadership Conference. They were on the opposite side of our wall and across the hall, up all hours, doors open-close all night. You can hear everything anyone says outside of your door and can hear the TV on the rooms on the opposite sides of your walls even when they are taking relatively normal. There was virtually no monitoring of these conditions by the hotel - and shame on their schools and chaperones. This went on both nights we were there but on the third night at some early morning hour finally someone who said they were security knocked on the boys room across the hall for us and demanded they open the door. The boys wouldnât answer. The security person tried three times and finally said he was coming in regardless - and a boy finally answered.

There is a reason that this is the top rated hotel in Springfield! This is a fantastic facility. Every aspect of it is top notch from check in to check out. Rooms are clean with great decor. Beds are very comfortable. Climate control was great in the room. The fitness room is the best of any Hampton or Garden Inn we have stayed in. So many choices for a work out. Everything works as it should and it is spotless clean. The breakfast was typical Hampton fare, but hot foods were hot, cold foods cold, and many choices in between. Everyone working there was very courteous and smiling. Obviously, they are proud of their facility and enjoy working there. Proudly displayed on the check in/out counter is 2023 Award of Excellence. Totally endorse this award! We will definitely be back when in the area.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel (of any brand). My family and I made (and paid for) our reservations in advance. However, when we arrived, the front desk clerk informed us there were no rooms available. She admitted it was her error. My wife, who previously worked in the hotel industry for many years in human resources, suggested they âwalkâ us to another hotel since it was their error. However, the front desk clerk said she had never heard of this term before and did not know what to do. (To provide context, we had driven more than 5 hours and were exhausted when we arrived. My 82-year-old mother, who was traveling with us, was very stressed out about this situation as we had to wait in the hotel lobby for hours. The hotel clerk, who had been left to work the shift alone, was scrambling around. It was chaos. Management should have never left this clerk alone during the busy Memorial Day weekend. That is a clear sign of the poor management of this hotel property.) After sitting in the hotel lobby for several hours, we were finally provided one room. The front desk clerk, who was working alone, did not have a second room for us. She stated that there was a vacant room, but it would need to be âdeep cleanedâ because a medical emergency had happened in that room earlier that night. The room next door was available because the person who had checked in only stayed a few hours then left. However, that room was not clean, and housekeeping had already left for the day, so she (the front desk clerk) would have to try to clean the room herself. When we were finally given access to the room (hours later), we discovered it had not been properly cleaned, and the bed-sheets were in disarray. The next morning, the manager apologized and acknowledged that it was her fault for taking off work that day and leaving the front desk clerk alone at the hotel. The manager also stated that we would receive a full refund for both rooms since what had happened was the hotelâs responsibility and it was not acceptable that we had to go through that, and she would check with the general manager to add additional Hilton Honors points to our account (in addition to the full refund). We left the hotel, believing the issue had been resolved, but later, we received a phone call, in which the manager we had met with during checkout stated that she had tried but was unable to give us a refund because we had prepaid for the room (I guess the lesson is, you should never prepay for your stay. Otherwise, the hotel will try to deny a refund, even if they overbook the hotel, which is their fault, not the fault of the guest). The manager said, instead, they would give us enough points for one nightâs stay for one room only. This is not what we were promised when we originally met with the manager during check out. Even after admitting that she had attempted to get us a full refund, she later denied ever offering us a refund at all. Not only did this propert
GGuest UserWe travel through the U.S. frequently and this Best Western is wonderful! Clean, up-to-date rooms, and under $100 per room for two rooms with double queens. The mirror area outside the bathroom had 6 outlets totalâpleasant surprise when you are used to sharing a double outlet! We didn't eat breakfast as we were doing brunch at another location, but we stopped to fill our travel mugsâbreakfast area was clean and well-stocked.
KKevin BThis hotel is in a good location and offered the best deal in the area in my opinion. It all probably just depends on your expectations, but it was clean and the breakfast was good and the breakfast cooks were friendly. Nothing fancy, but everything worked well. Texas Roadhouse is right behind the hotel and Andyâs is just down the street. The pool was clean. Our daughter had a baby and we made reservations around 9:00 pm online and was tired. Turned out I booked the wrong night and it said the booking was nonrefundable. The front desk didnât hesitate to fix the problem and got us our room ASAP.
AAngeldustStaff was wonderful. Hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable, especially their pillows. They allow pets so next time we may even travel with our pup :). They have a pool. It looked fun and clean, but we didnât swim. For breakfast I had a bagel and cream cheese with coffee. My husband had biscuits n gravy, sausage links, and coffee. It was very tasty. They also offered cereal, toast, muffins, juice, Iâm not even sure what else. I would definitely recommend staying here.
濻濻The environment is OK, the speed of the network is unstable, the pillow is a bit too small, a bit high, not very comfortable to sleep, other things are good, breakfast is not experienced, it should be quite ordinary!
GGuest UserEveryone was super nice ! I LOVED that the pool was open 24/7 . It just was very pleasant and I wld highly recommend this place ! I felt very safe as well considering where itâs at .. they get not just 5 stars but 10 stars from me :) thanks everyone there !
GGuest UserOverall, I think this hotel used to be a really really nice hotel but has been sorely neglected for many years. It is not a bad place to stay but it isnât what it once was either. Check in was easy in the lobby itâs pretty but you can tell that things have been left without being kept up. The people at the front task were very nice. Our room is a standard room and the first thing I always check out the bathroom for cleanliness. The bathroom is clean which is always a good sign. Overall the hotel was very clean so I felt really good about that. The bathroom is small and the toilet doesnât feel like it is anchored to the floor because it rocks. In the shower, the faucet is pulled out of the wall and needs to be repaired. The TV has a good number of channels and the reception was good. The pool is an outdoor pool and it is about standard size for a hotel but it has clearly been neglected over the years. The water was coming and we felt safe swimming but everything else just seemed old. We went down for breakfast in the morning and the breakfast is very very minimal. They had eggs sausage biscuits and gravy bagels and cereal. There was only salt but no pepper, there was no milk for the cereal, and there were no toppings for the bagels.
