Excellent service, very friendly helpful staff, convenient location to our venue, nice breakfast and I was impressed with the handicap shower.

Staff were friendly! Room was outdated and smelled. Was supposed to be non-smoking but clearly was not….A lot of construction workers hanging out daily in the front lobby…So not really a good place for someone traveling alone…but stayed at one in Jeffersonville OH and it was a nice stay!

What a shabby place to stay! We were given three different rates and she finally settled on $219.00 for two queens disgusting room! We were expecting a really nice exceptional room. It was a 0. Plus we paid $219.00. Drive on by when it comes to this hotel.

This hotel went above and beyond to make us feel valued as a guest. Dog friendly so we brought our well behaved yellow lab with us. The front desk was wonderful as was our housekeeper. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great, free breakfast with many options.

Fairfield is a fair hotel with a large room with the usual fridge, microwave , coffee in the room. The furnishings were of modern style with a long desk combo dominating one side wall of the room. This left no room or surface to open suitcases on. Bathroom was cramped, poorly lit and had a single handle faucet that streamed water until pressed down firmly. Breakfast was included and was very good.

We stayed several days at this Hotel for a family visit in the area. The room was clean and very comfortable. Beds were great. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and efficient. If you are in the area we would recommend this hotel.

Room was great -- we always stay here when in the area. Dawn, who was working in the breakfast area, was incredibly nice and friendly -- and anticipated your needs when you were looking for something. Manak at front desk went above and beyond when we needed to extend our stay by one night. These two ladies deserve gold stars for their professionalism and how well they represented Marriott!

This staff asked me the best question I’ve ever had a hotel staff ask, “What could we have done better?”! I love this question! Everything was great here. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was over at nine and we came down a few minutes past 9 AM. Many hotels would have a hard cut off for breakfast but the staff invited us to sit and have breakfast and relax. They were extremely accommodating. I would stay here again because they showed me how much the customer matters.

Tiffany Henry was very friendly and assisted me with all of my needs. The room and lobby was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the rest of the staff did a great job. I enjoyed my stay here at Fairfield Inn in Springfield, OH. Highly recommended.
