Courtyard Springfield

We stayed here for 5 nights. For the most part the stay was good. The room was of good size, the staff was nice, and the hotel was quiet. There was one incident in the parking lot where seemingly a person was being warned by police about being arrested. Not sure what happened. We had another incident where a member of the cleaning staff tried to enter our room when we had requested no cleaning and had a sign on the door. We happened to be in the room and caught him before he entered. That was worrisome and we reported it to the front desk. The hot tub has been under construction for at least a year - maybe it will never be constructed.

Nice property, clean rooms, friendly staff, great fitness center! Tony at the bistro was definitely the highlight! the breakfast burrito was amazing and service could not have been better! we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area! Location is convenient to “everything!” dinner recommendation to Indigo was spot on!

Clean hotel and rooms, quiet and close to the highways. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast with a stay and has a restaurant/bar, but we ended up going to McDs nearby. They have a conference room for business meetings and a pool.

Every part of the hotel was very clean, check-in was easy, staff was helpful. Ask for a room on the parking lot side which is quieter. The pool area was clean, but the ventilation system was very very noisy. It appears that they were working on the ventilation system, so if this is a concern of yours ask before you book.

We stayed one night while attending the State Fair and I was happy with the accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Having the onsite bistro is convenient and the food was pretty good. The location of the hotel is great because you are surrounded by restaurants and stores, all within walking distance.

Courtyard Marriotts have a vibe that is consistent across the country marked by friendly service and clean rooms. No exception here! I thought the cafe — seating, in particular, could use a refresh, but, other than that, all good!

I'm a local who stayed there for five nights due to a power outage. They need to be honest with the room rate. I was informed it was $145 every night, and it was only that rate for 3 out of the 5 nights. COVID is long over using that as an excuse. Not having clean rooms every day is wrong; they are just trying to save money. Everyone else is fully staffed. Options were very limited, but the food service was very good. She really went out of her way for the customer.

We stayed here because it says close to the Lincoln sites. It is not downtown and the drive to the sites is about 15 minutes. I think this is an older Courtyard. It has not been updated. Room seemed small. Slept fine so the bed was good! We ate breakfast at the Bistro both mornings and the gentleman working was very friendly and the breakfast was great. We ate at the Mexican restaurant next door for dinner. Overall the stay was average.

I have stayed at this Courtyard three times. I felt that it was a pretty nice place - all in all quiet, roomy, and a decent staff. This time, I have to say, I did not like the room. We stayed in room 224, which faces the front of the building. Given all the lights in the parking lot, so much light comes into the room. I had to pull all the curtains shut and even then there was some light. The sound from the train is pretty loud and there is noise from people in the parking lot ( including an argument). At one point I wondered if our window was open but it didn't appear to be. There were some heavy footed people above us and the fridge had a constant hum Finally, the organization of the room is weird. The TV is essentially situated on the side of the bed, which makes it a bit awkward to watch if you are lying in bed. I like the pool, the lobby, and the people. I guess there is / will be a hot tub but it is covered by construction covers so not sure when the will be available. Based on my prior stays, this one was disappointing.
