Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fayetteville - Springdale

Unfortunately, our stay here was extremely disappointing. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a strong smell of old, stale cigarette smoke. The refrigerator was rusted and the front of it was caked with dirt and grime. The carpet was absolutely disgusting—it was visibly dirty and even felt sticky under our feet. The mattresses were old, uncomfortable, and clearly in need of replacement. The bathroom was also concerning. There were large brown stains across the ceiling, and I honestly couldn't tell whether they were from cigarette smoke, water damage, mold, or a combination of things. Overall, the room felt very dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained, and we were not comfortable staying there another night. The next morning we went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, they didn't have another room available. I will give the manager credit for handling the situation appropriately and refunding our stay so that we could leave and find another hotel. I appreciate that the manager made things right financially, but the condition of the room was unacceptable and this property is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and updating.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Hallways stink horribly! Rooms look like a craphole! Roaches all in the refrigerator and microwave and on tables. And way overpriced! Worst hotel I have ever ever been to!!!!

Filthy hotel. The hallway carpets haven't been steam cleaned in years! The chair at my desk looked like someone threw up on it

Property is close to the convention center. When I first walked into the building it smelled like ****. My room was on the first floor. The bathroom toilet had black rings that I could visibly see when walking into the room. I don’t know if it was because I was on the first floor or not but there were ants (not a lot but one is too many in my opinion).

Didn’t have the room I booked. Gave two separate rooms for me and my guest. Property had a weird odor.

No tv couldn't make Internet or service connection, no one at the front desk, dogs barking.. no I wouldn’t stay there again

No was there to check me in. I called the number on the phone and no one answered. I had to book another hotel. I would like a full refund.
