No towels, shampoo or soap in the room. No hair dryer. The phone in the room didn't work.
I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk to get an extra towel.
I told the front desk person about the phone. She never did anything about it.
The breakfast was greasy.
I was giving La Quinta a chance. Never again!
