The room was big enough, with a large balcony and a great view. It was the best among the hotels I stayed in Australia. After getting off the train, I followed the navigation and thought I was on flat land, but it turned out to be on the mountain. I almost went the wrong way.

The hotel is located on a hillside, about 15 minutes' walk from the busiest Queen Street, and about 10 minutes' walk from the nearest Coles supermarket. If you buy something, there is a long uphill road back to the hotel, which is a bit strenuous. The hotel facilities are not very new, and the decoration is simple, especially the toilet drain pipe (picture). I know it is a renovation, but can it be made beautiful? There are few breakfast varieties. I stayed for three nights, and the bath towels and towels provided every day were very casual, sometimes one set and sometimes two sets, and the hair in the bathroom was never cleaned (picture), and the hair was placed in a conspicuous place until check-out and still not cleaned (picture). This is the first time I have encountered such a four-diamond hotel. The service is not as good as domestic cheap and fast hotels. Ctrip recommends downgrading.

There is no light above the head in the bedroom. The light is installed on the air-conditioning outlet, so the room is very dark and I can't read. The hanger is locked. Even if it can be taken down, there is no hook, which makes it impossible to hang clothes on the balcony. The two USB plugs on the bedside are broken and cannot be charged. The bathroom design is even more outrageous. It is easy to accumulate water and there is no floor drain for water to go down. As a result, I fell and my arm was bruised. Contact Ctrip. After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the hotel said that breakfast was provided free of charge. I did not agree because I was afraid that I would not be able to comment truthfully after eating breakfast. The superior balcony room I booked has a triangular balcony with two chairs. This can also be called a superior balcony, which is far worse than the hotel I stayed in on the Gold Coast. I don't recommend you to stay here.
