No microwave but decent breakfast selection. It did have the red velvet and original waffle maker, which made us happy. The keyless entry via the app was amazing. Rooms cleaned and staff super friendly. Coffee was not that good, watered down flavor for both choices. You need to use the microwave in the lobby. Overall decent mid grade hotel, the microwave in each room or more discrete area to microwave would have been nice, as well as if the coffee was a little tastier. There is a Dunkin beside the hotel. Pool is OUTDOOR. Looked like a small workout room.

The whole place smelled like cheap bathroom cleaner. Room carpet was worn out and stained, couldn’t see thru window it was so dirty. Bathtub had a gouge in it. Lights in bathroom were very bright daylight bulbs that shine directly in your eyes. We checked out 5 mins after checking in.

I like staying at the Hampton Inn. I know I will always get a clean room with attractive up-to-date furnishings. It is a good value for my money and I can gain or use my Hilton Honor points. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Despite being short staffed due to Christmas Eve and Christmas day, the front desk and hospitality workers were awesome, especially the woman working the breakfast room. Friendly, patient and very attentive to the customers enjoying the Hillary weekend

Horrible front desk lady at check out Christmas morning! Clearly hates the world, I called and spoke with the General Manager and she knew right off who this god-awful woman was within seconds of our call. No reason for anyone to ever be treated as bad as I was.

After staying here, we had a hard time believing this was owned by Hilton. First of all, I wanted to say the breakfasts you served were awesome. Well done. But it went downhill from there. Our bed was literally a pool table covered with a sheet. I have never seen anything like it. It was like sleeping on the hard ground. We woke up every hour throughout the night with pain in our backs and neck. It was the worst night of sleep of our lives. The next day, we had to go to Walmart and get 2-3" foam mattress toppers that cost us $200.00 and then the bed was OK to sleep on. The next morning, I took a hot shower and went to breakfast. My wife then got in the shower and she had no hot water and had to take a cold shower with it only getting warm the last 2 minutes she was in the shower. The sink leaked onto the floor anytime you used it, so we had to keep a towel on the floor underneath the sink. When we were at Walmart, we got water bottles and put them in the fridge and it froze them all so we couldn't even drink them as they burst. The male manager or employee that worked there while I and others were at breakfast, was talking to the woman who worked there from Puerto Rico (She was very nice), and was complaining the whole time about another employee not showing up on time and how lazy she was, which I thought was totally inappropriate in front of hotel guests. After he stopped talking to her, I said to him, "Your breakfasts here are really good". He wouldn't even look up from his phone and he said, "Nice" to me without even looking at me. Can you get anymore rude? Also the TV had no guide and so you had to scroll through every single channel to find something to watch and see what was on, instead of seeing what was on and then clicking on it. Pain in the butt. It was not a good experience whatsoever and like I said, I could not believe this had the name "Hilton" in it's name.

As always, Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. But this particular location went above and beyond! I left my night guard in the hotel and they immediately contacted us to let me know they will assist in getting it back to me. They helped me get postage paid and then kept in touch with me to let me know it had been sent. They packaged it with such care to make sure it did not break in the shipping process. Thank you to the staff and manager for going beyond expectations.

This by far is the best hotel in Spring Hill Florida… The staff is very accommodating and friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers to the lady who runs the breakfast. I’m so thrilled that I decided to stay here

Loved this hotel. Very accommodating. Robert who works at nights went above and beyond to make everything very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was perfect for a quick bite.
