Check in so late of last night. But There was a staff member from the Philippines who was very nice and helped me in the morning. Breakfast was average. I was in a hurry and didn't go to the opposite place to eat.

The rooms are very clean and quiet. Its a 5 minute drive from the Spokane Intl Airport and surprisingly only 15 minutes from downtown. There is a truck stop gas station nwxt door so you can grab a soda and go quickly. This hotel has a very large lounge area, TV and breakfast area with free coffee with very comfortable seating too.

We went to Spokane to see a concert at the Airways ******. Way better value than the ****** prices. The ****** hotel was all booked up anyways. The room was good. Ice machine right around the corner, another positive was it actually worked. We had stayed at another hotel and only 1 ice machine worked out of 3 machines, that were on floors 1,3 and 5. Also this hotel has a premium coffee machine near the lobby that dispenses Latte’s Whahoo! No charge! No need to spend another $6.00 at Starbucks and it’s ready in 10 secs. Also a complimentary breakfast at Denny’s just steps away. It was quiet and convenient to Coeur d’Alene about 20 mins away. That was also an excellent trip.

First of all I want to give a huge shout out to Kimberly and I think Chloe (?) at the front desk who also help run the shuttles. I took a shuttle a few times and both of them were very helpful and had great conversation throughout the trips. The shuttle is one of my favorite perks of this hotel. Not only is it 24 hours but they will also take you to either nearby ******. The Dennys vouchers were nice, and they gave you plenty of options to choose from. I personally enjoyed it more then most breakfast buffets but my husband likes the buffets as he can go back for more so he missed that. The rooms were pretty clean. They also have an amazing espresso/hot drink machine in the lobby that was amazing. My only complaints about this place, was there was no hot tub (though several pictures still show one) and the pool was very cold and smelled of chlorine (more so then most other pools) so we really only enjoyed the pool once out of our week stay. Also once in the middle the the day, power had went out, and actually the locks in my room stopped working during that time (where anyone could come in). They said they were ran on batteries and that shouldnt have happened, but it did. I just stayed in the room the whole time and hoped it wasn't out for too long. I would definitely stay here again because the positive outweighed the negative and overall our stay was good.

Forget this one. Totally an awful place. Cheap, one luggage carrier. A meeting held in the area that is supposed to be for guests. Kids sitting all round the floor. Was woken up numerous times after 10 pm by a kid, guest? Slamming the stairway door over and over. Calling, they said they couldn't do anything until quiet hours. Then on return, phone busy over 45 minutes. Had to take an Uber to get our car we left there. Not even a sorry!

We stayed here with family before we flew out at the airport. Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Shuttle from hotel to airport with very reasonable parking fee for leaving vehicle. Everything is very close for food, gas etc. We definitely would use this hotel again before flying out

Dirty and there was blood spray on ceiling that I requested cleaning 3 times. It was never dealt with. There is housekeeping every 5 days and if you would like a towel it is left outside the roomON THE FLOOR. Management never contacted me with my concern. I left a day early and I will never use BW in Spokane again.

Clean and comfy room . With more than 1 night stay they don’t service u room . U can put trash out for them to pick up . Of course grab towels at desk . Tho can be a bother to run down to lobby all the time if miss judging what u need . The front desk clerk wasn’t gr8 with info about restaurants or business around the area .. that being said I would stay again . Pool was nice . Loved getting vouchers for Dennys across the parking lot instead of the usual motel breakfast

Hotel lobby & our room - very clean and looks like newly remodeled. Room 217 shower has intermittent hot water. After 3~4 minutes of warm water, it goes completely cold for 30~45seconds. Then the cycle repeats. The first time it happened, I wasn't sure if hot water will ever come back, with shampoo in my hair and soap running down my face, it was a "cold mess". Called the front desk, the lady was apologetic, but it was too later (11pm) for maintenance. She said maybe too many people using hot water (it was July), and suggested the next person wait 15minutes before showering. We waited half an hour, still hot water was intermittent. Also, our friends a few doors down had issue with weak water pressure. This BW does not serve breakfast on site anymore, even though it has a beautifully remodeled dining area with tables & chairs. Instead, we get vouchers for Denny's, right across the parking lot. The food was good there, but we had to order and wait to be served. If time was tight, we would have to skip it altogether, or take a (very basic) to-go bag. Personally, we much prefer the laid back self-serve BW breakfast.
