This property is nice, styled in the Baroque period. Staff are friendly (Eastern Euro friendly that is... not bad, just different from"Western" friendly), and have been helpful (Jem, Sarah, Maria.) The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would not describe this property as an American luxury hotel, but it is certainly very nice. The toiletries and towels are skimpy, however sufficient. The breakfast buffet is certainly less in quantity than other hotels in Croatia offer in Rijeka, but the food is GOOD and fresh, there is cerals, scrambled eggs, yogurts, cheeses, breads, meats, juices and HOT coffee that tastes great. You won't be hungry with this buffet. The other reviews that complain are just whiners. The ONLY negative with this property is that the AC in each room (we had 2 rooms) are: noisy, barely cool and do smell musty. We opened the windows since it cools down nicely at night but there are no screens, so the mosquitos come in, so it is a catch 22: be warm or be bitten by bugs. Overall, I would stay here again.

Andato ha mangiare e sinceramente molto deluso sia dal servizio che la qualità pessima non capisco perché stesso ****** a kosina si mangia molto bene e qui no personale poco accogliente e tutto l opposto del admiral kosina e pensare che è più vicino al confine e dovrebbe essere meglio

La camera è molto bella e pure il bagno, nulla da dire. Colazione povera così come il ristorante. Eravamo solo di passaggio, sicuramente non adatto al turismo vacanziero. personale gentile. All'interno dell'hotel è presente una spa a pagamento che non abbiamo provato e una sala piena di macchinette mangia soldi (non fa per noi).

Ottima posizione,camere pulite, colazione varia e assortita, ristorante di buona qualità, il casinò offre slot nuove e vintage per accontentare tutti i gusti. io frequento da prima che ci fosse l'hotel. super consigliato per passare un fine settimana spensierato.

Hotel con Casinò all’interno, spazi e camere ampie a tema Casinò, livello di pulizia nella media, colazione abbastanza varia e buona, personale abbastanza disponibile. Nonostante sia situato in una posizione molto trafficata, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, le camere sono ben insonorizzate.

It was very cold in the room, the central heating was not working, the bathroom smell is like a barn, every room has the smell. It is a wellness and Spa but NO WELLNESS AND NO SPA. And to be sure that i will never come back, the cleaning person opened the room dor in the morning while i was sleeping WITH the do not disturb sigh

Situato praticamente sul confine, è l'ideale per visitare Trieste, Koper e la riviera. Mezz'ora per Postumia e un'ora circa per Lubiana. Camera bella, insonorizzata bene (nonostante sia su una superstrada) pulita e con doccia perfetta. Parcheggio gratuito nei pressi dell'Hotel. Colazione non esaltante, così come i locali ad essa dedicati. Personale non empatico, ma piuttosto distaccato e mai sorridente. Prezzo importante: a mio parere dovrebbe essere qualificato come un tre stelle, e costare meno.

Buona soluzione per una sosta veloce o se di passaggio durante il viaggio procedento a est. Aperto h 24, l'hotel è pulito e personale disponibile e gentile. La colazione è semplice, ma con quanto necessario per partire per una bella giornata
