Courtyard Indianapolis West-Speedway

Efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Easy location to get to off interstate; about 6 miles from airport. Small "Bistro" open for purchasing b/fast and then in the evening as a bar/snack restaurant. Comfortable lounge area if arrival is earlier than check-in time.

Confortable, calm and quiet, clean, nice staff, awesome gym, cool pool, good breakfast... what else would you ask for?

One small bottle of lotion is not enough for 3 people. No blow dryer. Bag was there but nothing in it. My oversight there was no continental breakfast.

My wife and I travel frequently. I chose the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis West because of the location. The level of customer care we received while staying at the hotel was OUTSTANDING. We were dealing with an incredibly challenging situation. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. “Tee Jay” is the General Manager of the hotel. She was compassionate and the most caring person I have met in the travel industry. This is the hotel you should choose when staying in Indianapolis. Thank you, Tee Jay, for your help in our time of need.

Room was nice. Hotel clean. Staff were helpful. Only issue was the shower. Had straight rod vs curved rod. Need to use the curved rod to keep the curtain away from us big and tall folks.

In my reservation, I was write « breakfast include ». If it’s not possible don’t say that.

The hotel is very misleading at first glance. But it is clean, well maintained and equipped with a gym much better than mpst hotel ones. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. There is on ebreakfast lady who could use a bit more speed but she is also trying, bless her heart.

The staff was very courteous at the front desk and at the bar. The room was spotless and all of the appliances, lights heating, etc. worked perfectly.

Clean room and friendly staff. Pool area had bin full of toys. The fitness center was well equipped for a quick work out away from normal gym.
