Best New York Spa Hotels

Location was impeccable as it was in the modern part of Flushing within walking distance to Tangram and other food options. Nice, clean lobby and decently spacious rooms. Only thing was that there were some broken glass shards on the carpet in the room but otherwise great hotel

I have to say that old money men have pretty good taste. Because the hotel has a good impression of Chuan Jianguo. The quality of the entire hotel is very high, and the guests are full of old money style. The gym is unified with the Technogym brand, which is actually not what Ctrip advertises. In addition to the high-end configuration, there are occasionally some small technological surprises. It is just across the street from Central Park. The location is extremely friendly. Willing to stay again.

The location is very good, the room can see the Central Park is very beautiful. But the sound insulation is too bad, always hear the sound of sports cars on the road, motorcycles, sirens, big lightning protection, completely sleep well.

The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

Service was excellent befitting of a five star hotel. The letdown was breakfast service. There was a clear lack of staff in the dining room and an average menu.

This is my permanent hotel in New York. The decoration is retro and the location is great. The price in the off-season is really perfect, only over a thousand RMB. Of course, on special holidays, I can stay at four to five thousand RMB and I will be given a 20 dollar voucher to order drinks at the bar. Hahahahaha, the toiletries are all byredo’s baldafrique👍

When I checked in, the hotel front desk said my credit card couldn't be used! Later I found out that there was a problem with the hotel check-in system! I had to wait for a full hour and a half. When I entered the room, I found chocolate on the floor that had not been cleaned up. The rooms provided are also corner irregular rooms. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the hotel to complain. Someone from the hotel inspected the floor of the room and upgraded me to another room. Ctrip conducted customer interviews, learned about the situation and communicated with the hotel, and finally Ctrip provided a service plan! Thank you to Ctrip staff for their responsible spirit! The hotel is nice and the restaurant service is good! The quality of management staff's work and customer service quality need to be improved (to be worthy of the hotel brand's image among customers).

It was well-maintained and provided all the amenities we needed. One of the standout features was the $25 voucher provided daily for the minibar, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Additionally, the area around the hotel had plenty of shops, making it convenient to pick up anything we needed or enjoy some shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in downtown New York with easy access to major landmarks and excellent amenities.

The room is on a high floor with a great view of the city. The bed is very comfortable, which is very important for jet lag. The breakfast is fresh and nutritious. The location is excellent, very close to Times Square and Fifth and Sixth Avenues, many theaters around, and the subway station is only a few minutes away. There is a fast lane next to it, so it is very convenient to take a taxi.

This hotel is really good. Actually the room is quite small, but! It is super clean and the bedding is very comfortable. And the location is very good. You can eat and drink in the vicinity. The best thing about this place is that it is in the middle of the city, quiet in the hustle and bustle, and not dirty outside. It is much better than the noise in many downtown areas, so I like this location very much.
