The hotel itself is very nicely equipped, the lobby is very nice, the rooms have everything you need, the kitchen in the room is very practical
You'll need to be lucky when it comes to parking spaces - there are public ones, but unfortunately they're quickly gone, otherwise you'll have to pay a fee in the parking garage
The area looks better in the pictures, it's about half an hour by car to the center. Public transport is difficult to reach on foot. There are no food shops nearby so it's a bit remote but otherwise everything was fine. It was a nice stay in Amsterdam

The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now.
I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception .
This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel

GGuest UserGreat hotel. Amenities are complete, spacious, and quiet neighborhood. Although closed to airport but rarely heard the airplane noise. Recommended.
DDaizhuolianggebaobeidemama: I don't know why, for the last 3 nights in the Netherlands, I had to either book a house or the price would increase by 3 times. I had no choice but to choose this one. I was very worried at first, and the reviews were not very good. I checked in a little late that day. I entered from the road on the left side of the hotel. The more I walked, the more desolate it became. There was an unfinished building next to it. It was very quiet when I checked in, and it seemed that no one was living there. There was obviously no room online, and I was scared just thinking about staying there for one night. I left immediately, and when I went downstairs the next day, there were all guests, so I felt at ease. The room was really small, but clean, and had an independent bathroom. There were free drinks, coffee and bread in the lobby every morning. You had to swipe your card to enter each floor, and it was non-smoking. In fact, as long as you go out of the hotel and turn right, you will find the dormitory for international students. It is very lively. Across the dormitory is the tram stop, which is also convenient. I seldom give such a long review, which can be regarded as vindication for it. The disadvantage is that the sewer smelled a little when I first checked in, but it disappeared after a while, and the air conditioner would stop suddenly, but if it was the usual price, it would still be good. Amsterdam's accommodation, a bed with a public bathroom also costs this price, not to mention there is a large parking lot
FFlyer51617221653Stayed for two nights on a short, spur of the moment trip to Amsterdam to take in museums and galleries. Hotel IS on the edge of a trading estate and the view out of our very comfy, spacious room was of someone's flat next door! However, do not let this put you off. For our purposes it was perfect; quiet location in the suburbs, very friendly, helpful staff and nice clean room with a nice shower, tea and coffee arrangements and a big comfy bed from which I enjoyed watching Villa stuff Ajax on the evening of our arrival. The tram stop is a two minute walk around the corner which takes you into station Zuid and Amsterdam is your oyster thanks to their fantastic public transport system. 'Fraid I can't tell you anything about the catering as we grabbed breakfast, lunch and dinner in the city but always returned in time to have a beer in the bar with the very nice people running reception before collapsing happily into bed after our very enjoyable days out. Will be staying again.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis was our first stay at this location, but it certainly won't be our last. We had a bit of a panic during the day about arrival times as trains were horribly delayed, however the reception team were kind and reassuring throughout. The hotel is located next to a tram stop (take Metro to Zuid and then tram 5 to Kronenburg) for easy access to the city centre and the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, and there is no bar or restaurant at this hotel, however a range of drinks and snacks are available at reception and it is possible to order in food. Reception staff were also most helpful with printing off our travel documents for the next day.
GGuest UserIt's a very small and cute hotel. Does it look beautiful in my picture? There are not many rooms on each floor, and it may have been a large residential building in the past. The front desk is warm and the service is very good. The room is very clean, there is a river outside the window, and there are waterfowl in the river. The coffee machine in the room is broken and does not work, unfortunately no hot water. The bed was too far to support, I broke my leg when I got out of bed, and the front desk gave a band aid. Clean, tidy, general facilities, excellent service.
