The hotel is very good and its underrated for me its 7 stars hotel. They make for me early check in and late check out without asking them. The room was very good and very big also the bathroom is amazing and the service alot of areas in the hotel you can enjoy . And the most important thing its just 5 minutes away from the airport

Fortunately, the outstanding professionalism and leadership of the management team completely transformed my experience. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Mr. Ayman Hossam, whose exceptional handling of the situation demonstrated genuine care, respect, and a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. His personal attention, empathy, and decisive actions not only resolved the issue but also restored my confidence and made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Nour, the Night Duty Manager, and Mr. Hannawy, the Night Shift Manager, whose support, professionalism, and dedication played an essential role in turning what could have been a ruined stay into a genuinely enjoyable one. Their teamwork, calm approach, and willingness to go above and beyond reflected the high standards of hospitality that I have always associated with Marriott. As a Marriott Gold member, I was genuinely surprised that such an unfortunate incident could occur in the first place. However, I was equally impressed by the way the management team took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to make things right. We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels. So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice. Excellent bfast.

This hotel is very close to Cairo International Airport and has a great atmosphere, even with peacocks roaming the grounds. I chose a ground-floor room with a courtyard, which was right across from the pool. There are also various restaurants offering different cuisines nearby.

The place is very comfortable; almost everything you need is close by. The hotel itself has cafes, restaurants, and more, making it excellent for families. The staff are wonderful, especially Ms. Madonna, who was very cheerful and served us with great hospitality. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cairo, God willing.
