Best Zhangjiakou Spa Hotels

I came here because I saw this place on Ctrip. Unfortunately, it was under maintenance and the entertainment facilities were suspended. Fortunately, the weather was good, so I just took some photos in the town. The environment of the hotel was really great. It was the best I had ever stayed in online. It was designed exactly as I thought. I will come again next time and try the hot springs and skiing.

The hotel is a very traditional standard room, decorated in the style of 20 years ago, but it is very clean and comfortable. The room is very warm and equipped with a humidifier. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, comparable to a five-star hotel. You can change your ski equipment in the room, carry your skis through the corridor and go directly to the ski slope. There is a self-service ski ticket machine in the lobby, but don't pick up the ticket in advance. Pick up the ticket when you are ready to go to the ski slope, because the timer starts as soon as the ticket is issued. Some designs of the hotel are also considered for skiers, such as free ski storage cabinets, so that you can go to the ski slope with your skis in your arms and walk a few steps. The doors in the lobby are all automatic doors, which are very convenient to go in and out with ski bags. The service staff are very good, answer all questions, and help deliver luggage to the room.

I originally booked Building C, but after learning that the ski equipment hall, restaurant, children's playground, and hot springs were all in Building D, I decided to upgrade to Building D at the front desk, which was much more convenient. The room was compact but the storage space was very well designed, and there was a fireplace to create an atmosphere. The children's playground downstairs was quite large and had many play facilities. Although the hotel is not close to the town, it is close to the beginner's trail of the ski resort, which is suitable for bringing children.

The hotel is very good. We went there to check in at night. As we were not familiar with the road, we took the wrong road and our car tires accidentally got stuck in the thick snow and couldn't start. We went to communicate with the hotel front desk. The front desk brother Wang Jianting stepped forward and helped us shovel snow from under the wheels with an iron, and later helped push the car. With everyone's efforts, the big problem of our car getting stuck was solved, and we checked in smoothly. Thank you Wang Jianting, the most beautiful Genting person, and thank you to the hotel supervisor and other staff.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

Every time I come to Chongli, I stay in a hotel. The breakfast is good and the room temperature is high. Thanks to Xiao Pan at the front desk, the service was very good.

1. Check-in was expected at 3pm, but the room was not cleaned when I entered at 3pm, which was a mess; 2. I waited until 4:30pm to urge the staff, who had a very good attitude and used the reason that many guests checked out to make consumers whose normal rights were violated understand. Finally, the staff proposed to solve the problem with a 95% discount, which I could not accept; finally, the cleaning staff came to clean the room at 5:30pm; 3. After cleaning the room, it was 6:30pm, and it was already dark. I checked in alone, so you can imagine how inconvenient this time was; 4. I wanted to have a good rest, so I communicated with the staff to delay check-out (1pm at the latest, which I personally think is not an excessive request). The staff said that many guests checked out and they would contact the next customer for negotiation, so I was an unimportant customer and did not need to consider my time (yes, I only stayed for one night); 5. There was a snow track next to it, and the snow groomer was fine, but occasionally there were some motorcycles with sirens, which affected my rest 6. I checked out before 12:00 the next day, and basically did not write any positive or negative comments on the software until after I checked out. The staff in the contact group sent a smiley face, hoping to get some suggestions and continue to improve My heart was pierced and I made some righteous remarks; 7. After the staff expressed their apologies and hoped that I would understand, they saw that I was powerless to refute the facts I said, and finally proposed a 10% discount for the next stay (of course, I got a 0 yuan refund for the 539 yuan fee for this stay), which hurt my heart again; 8. The subsequent manager contacted me in person with a very good attitude, saying that he knew about the internal management problems, clearly communicated the problems that needed to be improved, and proposed to give me an 20% discount, which was the most he could do, making me feel that my choice of travel and consumption this time was a bit too hasty; of course, I still got a 0 yuan refund in this communication; (If I was refunded 100 yuan, I would still feel that I was deeply hurt and violated the normal hotel living rights, and 100 yuan is indeed a bit ridiculous, and the wasted time is far from being compensated by 100 yuan. If I were to choose again, I might not continue to wait for the hotel's cleaning service at that time, but immediately cancel the room. Inadvertently saw Guanlan Xiaobohai from Trip.com , I didn’t hesitate to book the hotel directly. The environment was not said to be very comfortable. The service was also very thoughtful. The hotel is mainly integrated with leisure, health and wellness, villa 🏡 and bungalows. Including the hotel is also a real estate development to serve the public and the surrounding area. Residents will come to experience it again in autumn.😘😘😘

We went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.
