The hotel service is very good. Xiao Su from the concierge department took me to see the room and carefully introduced the room and Lanzhou's food street. The front desk was also very enthusiastic. The leaf shape of the piano in the lobby is also very unique. Lanzhou is developing very well now.

The room size is OK, but the breakfast is closed too early. The hygiene is OK. The facilities are quite old. Free parking is available in front of the door. The service is average, especially the waiter, who knocked on the door twice and walked in directly, which scared me so much that I almost had a heart attack. Strict requirements and training should be implemented in the future. It is a five-star hotel, but it does not meet the five-star standard.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The First Hospital of Lanzhou University and the Provincial People's Hospital are within a ten-minute walk! You can also walk directly to the Eastern Wholesale Market and Wangfujing Department Store. The hotel service is very good and the hotel is clean and tidy. It is very convenient to eat and buy fruits downstairs! I will choose to stay here next time! The important thing is that the special king bed room is not small in size and has windows! So value for money

1. Room facilities: The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and good maintenance. The viewing bed has an excellent view. In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of Jincheng 🌅 , and at night, you can enjoy the bright night view of the city and feel the beauty of thousands of lights. Especially the bedding is comfortable, which makes people sleep well all night. 👍The hotel gym, swimming pool and other supporting facilities are complete, and all aspects are very good!
Service: The hotel staff are enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, and the check-in is smooth. Manager Pu in the lobby is warm and friendly. If there is a need, it can be solved quickly. He puts himself in the shoes of the guests and gave me a gift of a little camel. I like it very much! Every detail makes people feel at home. 🌟

PPeterThis is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators.
Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back.
As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers!
One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best!
Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

I can’t wait to give this hotel a good review. I want to edit it carefully when I sit on the plane. We are going out to transfer at Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport for one night. I have to admit that the first reason for choosing this hotel is because I can pick up and drop off the plane for free. Haha, But after I stayed, I gave me a lot of surprises. Trip.com Four Diamond Hotel, and it is so close to the airport. It is really conscience to be able to achieve this price and service. I am very tired after getting off the plane in the middle of the night. I called the pick-up phone and the driver master came to pick it up soon. I was very enthusiastic. The front desk lady is even more heartwarming to give us a free upgrade room type, the interior of the room is very clean, the mattress is also what we like is not soft or hard, it is just right, I have lived outside for several days and it is a soft mattress. My husband has back pain. It’s hard to feel, there are more small details in the room. For example, the corner sensor light of the bed, the disposable cup will be wrapped very tightly, etc., let me be a very picky person, there is no way to pick up this hotel, the breakfast is also delicious, especially the bowl of hot pasta, is my favorite, go out and tell my husband, I knew that I would choose a flight that took a longer time to transfer, so I can sleep for a while, hahaha, I have not evaluated any hotel, but this hotel is worth giving a good review, like, I will choose this hotel next time!

The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
