Forgot to take a picture. We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise.
The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the quality is good.
The doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage and his attitude is very good. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average.
There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive.
To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.

例行先説優點，A座房間寬敞，裝修不錯，中餐廳師傅手藝很好，價格公道旁邊樓裏有泳池健身桑拿，獨立院子停車場。
缺點，現在居然還有交按金的酒店，果然事出必有妖，扣了6塊錢礦泉水錢，進房間時我特意囑咐家人大瓶礦泉水收費，不要動，退費的時候悄默默扣了6塊，非説礦泉水被擰開了但是沒喝，真可笑，我要是擰開了幹嘛不喝還留下啊？？？出來旅遊我缺這6塊水錢？？？省這6塊錢我能發財？？？當然最後還是退給我了。
奉勸酒店少幹小家子氣的事情，做服務業大氣一點，這樣才能財源滾滾。

GGuest UserHygiene: OK, but for such a new hotel, I saw that the floor of the bath area was rusty. I don't know why it was not cleaned.
Facilities: Smart failure. The row of lights at the head of the bed and the row of lights above the TV could not be turned off. I could only sleep with the lights on for one night. The hotel staff said that if it really didn't work, I could unplug the power card to sleep. I called the front desk at more than 11 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock when they came to check me. They brought an engineer. In fact, they used the smart voice control method that was given to me on the phone. He also came again and couldn't solve it at all. It was a little faster and asked me to change the room alone. At that time, all the new vitality was turned on and the washbasin was full of my own supplies. I made an appointment with friends and family to go out and play early the next morning. There was no time to change.
The air conditioning control panel was also broken. There was always a sound of electricity.
Although they changed my room the next day and gave me a fruit plate, and thanked them for handling it, but this trip became very bad.
The experience was reduced because I was looking forward to the hotel. After all, it is a new smart hotel. The restaurant service is very good. Thank you for this.

BBahriMy stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Congtai District, with mature surrounding facilities. It is within walking distance of Handan Museum and Melco City! There are not many Wyndham hotels in China. I stayed at Wyndham Grand in Zaozhuang at the beginning of the year and felt very good, so I chose this brand when I came to Handan this time. The hotel has warm service and good environment. I still recommend staying here!

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good.
The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited.
In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.
