"Had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza, the room was brilliant and exceptionally clean, loved the access to the spa and pool, great location for us as opposite the dental clinic, lovely location with coffee shops and eateries within walking distance. Easy to get metro into the city or taxi for less than 15€. All the staff were lovely nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommended this hotel"

"Everything was excellent, except for the fact that parking had to be paid. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that a 5-star hotel with private parking onsite is charging its guests a parking fee. Common sense is not very common in Bulgaria."

"Good hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door ."

Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa."

"The room is quite small and the power goes out from time to time. The hotel is in a great location, in the busiest area of ​​the city center. The swimming pool is nice. Free white wine is provided in the lobby in the afternoon, which is great."
