hotel stupendo a 5 minuti da Siena. camera veramente confortevole, pulitissima. Colazione eccellente e anche ristorante buonissimo . Personale gentilissimo e simpatico. immerso nel verde Senese e nella pace della campagna, segnalo anche il ristorante adiacente all hotel cibo ottimo

Sono stato ospite per una notte e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Servizio impeccabile. Gentili e disponibili sempre. Tra l’altro ho avuto problemi con la compagnia di taxi di Siena (davvero pessimi elementi!) e Marinella e Valeria si son fatte letteralmente in 4 per risolvere la situazione. Grazie ancora e a presto!

È un modesto hotel 3 stelle, sperduto tra colline vicino a Siena. La tripla che avevamo prenotato, situata al primo piano con vista sulla copertura del ristorante sottostante, risulta spaziosa. Non c'è armadio ma un sostegno a barra con attaccapanni e due cassetti. Non c'è la cassaforte, c'è frigo con due bottigliette di acqua offerte (siamo in tre...). Una delle finestre ha la tapparella inservibile perché la cinghia è rotta. Ma il meglio lo troviamo nel bagno: minuscolo, la porta batte contro la mini-doccia, non ci sono i tappi nel lavandino e nel bidet, i rubinetti hanno perso tutta la cromatura e lo sciacquone ha rubinetto a maniglia non fissata bene. Colazione abbondante ed abbastanza varia, buone le torte. Un piccolo bar ed una modesta reception completano il quadro. Personale gentile. Parcheggio ok. Dehors carino con vista piacevole. A gestione separata, il ristorante è semplice ma si mangia e beve bene a prezzi buoni.

la camera a primo impatto già non mi convinceva, l'accoglienza scadente, receptionist poco formale, il cibo era scadente e senza sale, e per tre sere ci hanno portato le stesse cose, lo scarico non funzionava sono rimasta molto delusa,non mi é piaciuto

Starting from the assumption that it is a 3 star I didn't expect much, but it was better than expected. The strong points are the location, ideal for getting around the Siena area, the parking, the 24-hour reception, the tranquility, the excellent breakfast and a good quality/price ratio, the sore point is the slightly dated room, the bathroom needs to be seen again. All in all it went well.

Simple, but clean hotel; Abundant and varied breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and savory options. Excellent location for visiting Siena and the Val d'Orcia with its fantastic villages. Unfortunately the restaurant on the ground floor was closed for the holidays, so I can't comment on it, even though it looks very good.

I happened to be there for work with a colleague... immediately from the outside I had doubts, I went to the room... Room full of ants, shower with blocked drain, water that arrives at times cold at times boiling, the bathroom doesn't even drain, everything else needs to be looked at again, now old and a little worn

I booked a 3-night stay well in advance, receiving confirmation for an annexe under the same conditions as the rooms inside the structure, which I said were all sold out at the time. Upon arrival, which I confirmed the day before, the annex was not available due to work in progress, and I was given a room on the ground floor. I then asked the courtesy of maintaining that accommodation for all three nights, to avoid having to unpack and repack my bags, but I was denied due to unavailability in the days to come. The next day, after having jumped several times during the night due to using the toilet in the neighbor's room - but it seemed like it was in ours - we were woken up before 7. The three rooms on the ground floor are in fact located in front of the reception, next to the 'lift and on the path bar/breakfast room, with imaginable traffic and bustle. Furthermore, the elevator stops, complete with an alarm buzzer and dialogues, inevitably loud, with those locked inside in the meantime. Happy to change accommodation at this point, in the afternoon we have access to the annex which is also very clean, but very humid, with almost wet sheets. Upon our complaints we were moved to another annex, also located under the main building and not far from a sort of garage, but a little more exposed to the sun. Since there is an air conditioner, I ask for the relevant remote control to use the dehumidification function, but the appliance is defined as not yet working. We therefore sleep in pajamas, wool sweaters, sheets, wool blanket and bedspread to combat the aforementioned humidity. The next day a nice visit to Siena refreshes us and on our return we plan a short nap before dinner. As soon as we lie in bed, however, the concert of tables being moved in the restaurant, located right above us, begins, so we anticipate dinner there, which is quite good. The next day we leave again, with the beauty of the Sienese hills in our hearts and the humidity of the Castle in our bodies and clothes packed back into our suitcases. Important observations: 1) Friends who were with us in rooms on the first and second floors did not have our problems. 2) The staff, except for one person, were always very kind and helpful. 3) The breakfast cakes were very good 4) The rooms were clean 5) Undoubtedly the property or whoever manages it or whoever is responsible for it cannot fail to know that the rooms on the ground floor are too noisy and that the annexes, as evidenced by the humidity of lifts on the external and internal walls, despite the recent repainting of the walls, are not healthy. We are aware that when it rains a lot the microclimate cannot be dry, but it must be healthy out of obligation and respect for the customer.
