Salfordian

The salfordian hotel was exceptional, great customer service, nothing to much trouble, excellent food , hospitality out of this world, I am a wheelchair user and registered blind and the staff could not do enough for me & my wife, look forward to returning in the future.

Well what a fantastic experience we had at the Salfordian Hotel Southport, we was looking for a small room to hold our daughters 18th and her boyfriends 21st, we came across this beautiful stunning Victorian hotel that had a large conservatory on the end, this was just the right size of room for two families to come together. We booked the room and arranged our own caterers the staff at the hotel ran the bar . I have to give a massive thank you to all the staff who worked on the party , deputy manager Georgina who went above and beyond to help make our night so successful thank you for your outstanding hard work , i would also like to thank Emily and Cat who was both a total credit to the hotel thankyou ladies for all your hard work ....your simply amazing 👏 . What a fine what a amazing night thank you for helping make special memories.

Excellent hotel food is out of this world nice comfy bed in room 11 had a gr8 time again been going here 6+ years and will be staying a lot more in the future all staff are gr8 and will do anything for u

We have been going to the salfordian for years now but this time we were disappointed we were there for the garden party but again no garden was involved there was food available but this was served from a room after being cooked in the kitchen .can not fault the food during our stay .entertainment was on during the day of the so called garden party but after 8pm no entertainment the guests where promised entertainment all night.the staff just didn’t have a back up plan .the bar staff were very friendly and waited on us all.the bedrooms carpets and vinyl flooring could do with a good clean stains and not just little ones.the beds were comfortable and all the bedding and towels were clean and fresh.carol and gang worked very hard in keeping the hotel clean and tidy

BEEN GOING HERE MANY YEARS AND PAID JUST SHORT OF £500 FOR MY SELF AND MY DAD NOW IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY LAST YEAR BUT THIS YEARS THE MANAGER HAS GOING THEY HAVE FIRED SOME STAFF FIRST NIGHT WE WAS FED RE HEATED FOOD BY THE SCOND NIGHT WANTED TO COME HOME AFTER THE MASSIVE SPRING STICKING OUT OF THE BED SCRATCH ME AND THE PERSON ON THE BAR HAD TO ASK ME WHAT TO DO THIS PLACE IS A JOKE NOW GO STAY AT PREMIER IN WITH BIGGER BEDS AIR CON BIG TV FOR LESS WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Have been coming to salfordian for 10/12 years but never again. Nearly all the staff have changed. After evening meal nothing to do but sit in our room. No bar open ,no entertainment ,not even bingo .in fact staff didn't seem interested about open bar in evenings .Bored out of our tree just sitting in room every night. We will go to another hotel we go to with bar and entertainment. Need to get there act together otherwise it will shut in time.
