Stay was average but should be of a higher standard if one considers the rate. - key card didn’t function 3 out of 4 days, trip to reception each day. - no floor towel on 1st day and had to requested on 2nd day. - reported no plug and no water in basin 1st day, nothing done! - housekeeping only finishes with the rooms after 16h00 each day, unacceptable. - evening buffet over R200 but no decent cut of meat every evening, only strew riddled with bones and chicken pieces. - on checking out just handed invoice, no envelope or me signing a copy for the hotel. - corridors noisy in the evening.
