I have stayed at this hotel for work every other week for the past 12 months. The staff is kind and helpful. That is the only thing decent about this place. The internet almost never works, even the premium wifi. I was assured that they were getting upgraded service in august but there has been zero improvement. That’s not the worst thing. 90% of the rooms smell like a portajohn and have massive fruit flies in the bathroom coming from the shower drains. I brought my own drain-o as housekeeping poured a little bit of concentrated Simple Green down the drain and said “yeah some rooms just smell like that”. One night may be ok since options are sparse in town and the staff is friendly, but don’t stay here otherwise.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We were on the 3rd floor and had great internet. The room was very clean and well appointed. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The staff was friendly. The coffee in the lobby is only available until 10 a.m. The restaurant on-site serves breakfast and dinner only. The lobby area was very attractive. There were quite a few restaurants a short drive from this hotel. It's on the outskirts of Uniontown. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is a nice hotel, up to a point. It is clean, the rooms are nicely maintained, it is in a relatively quiet location, and there are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. However, the internet is awful. We were on the 5th floor, and the internet was one bar at best, when it actually existed. The person at the front desk said the internet was poor in parts of the hotel, they were aware of it, but have not been able to fix it. She also said the hotel was built in 2016. Sounds strange, and in this day and age, any hotel claiming to have internet needs to do better. Giving this hotel a rating of two is a gift!

This is a lovely hotel nicely situated in Uniontown, Pa. We found the breakfast to be exceptional, especially for a chain hotel. You can order from a menu or you can have a standard buffet. The rooms are quiet, peaceful and large. It is a nicely managed property.

It was perfect. Not loud, delicious, beautiful atmosphere, mimosa and bloody marys. Offered chicken, carved beef, cod, salad, fruit, drinks, deserts....the list was huge. Price reasonable. We were very pleased. Wonderful place to celebrate.

We needed a decent for my family and I on an overnight stop. I'm glad we chose here. The separate sitting area and private bedroom was great for a family. Also the staff at the front desk were VERY nice and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my family. It's nice to be treated well when away from home. The room was also comfortable and clean. I will recommend, and will return when in the area again.

I was traveling with my wife and two daughters. I had two rooms with two queen beds. Immediately upon entering both rooms, a pungent urine smell in us in the face. In addition, there was toilet paper remnants on the bathroom floor. It was absolutely disgusting. It was late when we arrived, and when I told the front desk personnel in the morning, the only thing I was told was, “we will have Maintenance look at it.” There was no offer me to do anything about it, nor an apology. This place is gross. As a diamond member, I expect more than this. To add injury to insult I never receive my daily food and beverage credit. Don’t stay here.

We stayed for 5 nights in September. We had an issue with our room and Scott at the front desk immediately corrected it and accommodated us. He was such a great employee of this hotel, it was a pleasure to see him every night. We also encountered friendly people for breakfast, and at the bar in the evening. The hotel itself is nice and in a great location with restaurants within walking distance or a short drive < 2 miles. The big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower and the lotion in the bathroom were nice. Keurig coffee - and a refrigerator was all good. Would definitely stay here again, most notably for the service from Scott and the rest of the great employees here.
