The room condition is good and the staff are friendly. One downside is that the water pressure is weak, so it takes a long time to shower. other than that i'm satisfied

Je déteste laisser des commentaires négatifs, mais bon… Ma mère, qui habite en Suisse (où il n’y a pas de Home2 Suites, ni en Europe d’ailleurs), a reçu un voucher pour une nuit gratuite avec les informations de comment réserver (ce que j’ai suivi). Lors de ses échanges avec Hilton Guest Assistance, elle a mentionné que j’utiliserai son voucher à sa place comme je suis aux États-Unis, ils ont même accepté de l’envoyer à mon adresse. Une fois arrivée sur place, j’ai demandé à la réceptionniste si cela était bien ok même si c’était au nom de ma mère, afin de ne pas être chargé le prix de la chambre qui était le double de ce que j’avais réservé initialement dans un hôtel. Elle m’a répondu que ça ne faisait pas de différence, mais que seulement le manager pourrait le mettre dans le système le lendemain à 10h. Bénéficiant de réductions pour une autre chaîne, je n’aurais jamais réservé dans cet hôtel sans ce voucher. Le lendemain à 10h30, on m’appelle dans ma chambre pour m’informer que finalement non, le voucher ne pourrait pas être utilisé, mais que ma mère a encore beaucoup de temps pour l’utiliser et que c’était clairement mentionné que la personne devait physiquement être là. Je suis vraiment déçue du service et de comment la situation a été gérée. En effet, j’aurais apprécié être informée par la réceptionniste au moment du check-in ET sur le voucher ET que l’assistance le mentionne à ma mère lorsqu’elle le leur a communiqué. Il y avait en effet plusieurs occasions de nous le faire savoir avant le moment du check-out. Hormis les 200$ que je viens de perdre à cause de la mauvaise communication de la chaîne et des informations données par les employés, la chambre était propre et jolie. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

I had a last minute booking with a late plane into Dulles. Even though it was 8 PM, the woman at the front desk couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. She sent an uber to Dulles to pick me up as the shuttle was elsewhere. Check-in was a breeze. Warm, supportive words go a long way after a tough travel day. The room was large and clean - I asked for little else.

Kind and helpful staff is what made my stay so memorable. Arriving at 1am isn’t fun, but Christina at the front desk was welcoming and wonderful! The rooms are large and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast had several options to choose from. I’ll happily stay here again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of different home2 suites and Hilton hotels and this one is the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at. I had the 1 bedroom king suite with a separate sitting area/pull out sofa bed. When we checked in, I had already checked in on my app and selected my room. The front desk proceeded to give me keys to a different room. When I asked, they responded with, this is the only room available. When we got into the room, the pillows for the sofa bed had a blood stain, sweat stains and several hairs on them. The kitchen counter was stained and not wiped, kitchen backsplash was plastered with several stains, carpet not vacuumed well, if at all and the bathroom floor was very dirty with several stains and hairs, which continued into the shower. The bathroom walls had several spots, splatters throughout. I called to the front desk and they switched my room. They gave me the room I had originally selected when I checked in on my app, so I guess there really were other rooms available. This room was slightly better but not much. The dirt/grime and hair continued throughout the hotel. Hallway floors were not vacuumed. The bathroom in the lobby was disgusting, with hairs and grime everywhere. I will never stay here again. For close to $200 a night, you should get a clean room.

I stayed here for a 3 day conference at the nearby Marriott. I appreciated having a lot of space, particularly storage space to stow stuff, and it allowed me a desk space and a separate place to eat. The room's almost full kitchen with dishware, dishwasher and full fridge let me eat pretty economically, taking food for lunch in an ice chest. I felt the hotel rate was good given it provided all of that. Hotel is near a Harris Teeter grocery store so I picked up prepared food/salad items there. Hotel looks pretty new and all staff I encountered were courteous and friendly. Hotel was on the edge of a nice residential neighborhood and convenient to Route 50. Why four stars? - the toilet was running noisily and periodically which was bothersome at night and occasionally wouldn't flush. In fairness to the hotel I did not report this until checkout as I really did not want to deal with having plumbers working on the toilet and it would eventually flush. In addition, the spa/pool were out of order when I was there and the roofed drive through area by the entrance was taped off due to work being done - neither were big issues, but it would be nice to have this info on the site if not available.
