CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS! I used points to book this hotel room and I was charged twice. Then once called and confronted about said charge they gave me the run around, they said it would be refunded in 3-5 days. Never happened then once called again and was told I wasn’t charged twice, and then asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was lied to and said they’d call me which never happened. The front desk blatantly put the phone down and ignored me until I hung up and called back, and then did the same exact thing to the capital one travel customer service rep. All around rude and inconsiderate and trying to scam people out of money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
