Norwich West (Showground/A47)

Staff was helpful and friendly and was their if you need anything Evening meal was good. Breakfast was great and the cooked breakfast was excellent and what items you wanted for your cooked breakfast,how many items you wanted. Staff was helpful and if you need anything they get it for you

Close to a busy road with noise traffic through the night - no air con so choose between noise of hot bedroom. There are very few facilities in the area and the nearby road has an incomplete footpath. We walked to the nearest pub and took our lives into our hands crossing busy junctions. Breakfast to order. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A recently redecorated room and very clran and tidy. Cooked breakfasts are served at your table, which i am sure cuts down on waste. Not emough attention is given to ensuring items are kept stocked on the cold tables.plates, bread etc.

The first room assigned smelt of urine, the 2nd room I was changed to was better although smelt damp. This place was also very overprised, the quality of the premier inn breakfast has also declined in recent times. Overall not a good experience, and I try to stay away from premier inns whilst working away as much as possible

Sadly when arriving Hotel, the floor in our bedroom was dirty had a Crisp packet on. No Hand towels provided, And not enough big towels for one per person. Usually in Premier Inns, the beds and pillows are very comfortable but this time the pillows was flat and not enough per person. Big stain on one of the duvets was very disappointed by the whole experience

Not a great stay unfortunately. The room was very hot indeed, there is no air con. Window opens a tiny bit, but rooms adjacent to the road are very noisy indeed so very limited and interrupted sleep. It was not possible to connect to wifi in my room with any of my devices so I ended up going to sit in the nearby Starbucks for a couple of hours to be able to use wifi rather than being able to catch up on emails and work in my room. I don’t think I would choose this location again. Staff were pleasant and friendly, however.

We have stayed at this hotel previously but never again! Although the room facilities were good the temperature of the room was unbearable. It was 27.5 degrees at 6 am. There was a large fan but it was SO loud, so along with the unbearable heat we hardly had any sleep. We were shattered the following day. Definitely needs air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the floor and the tables were really sticky

I booked the hotel as I was visiting family in the area with my children. We have stayed at this hotel more than once with no real issues. Sadly, that wasn't the case this time. The room was stiflingly hot with no way of cooling it. The windows barely opened and one was broken. WIFI was terrible so had to use my own phone data for everything. We were placed into a disablilty room despite not requiring this so the bath was about 8 inches deep and unusable. The net curtain and pole in the room randomly fell down one night making a horrendous noise waking us. The restaurant staff were rude when trying to get breakfast because we hadn't booked, telling us they were full despite 1/2 the tables being empty A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night waking us again. Overall, the worst 4 nights I've ever had in a hotel. Very disappointed.

Clean, good service when checking in. Sadly the ‘free WiFi’ did not work and the rooms were so hot it affected our sleep.
