I have just had four very comfortable relaxing days at White Tree Residence. The room was compact but totally adequate in size and spotlessly clean. The staff was very efficient and helpful especially the Manager Pak Firza Destrian. The menu in the restaurant also had some delicious items. I will certainly use White Tree Resident as a Jakarta base whenever I visit and thoroughly recommend it to others.

For room rate 1. ac is not cold, the water heater does not work well. Front office service can be said to be not satisfactory.. My sister ordered a room one, but then paid so 2, have to complain first, and finally get a room like this that's far from the comfort.

I’ve been a frequent guest in Flat06 Cipete for a while now, and I must say the service rarely disappoints. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the securities are polite and helpful too. This place doesn’t have a reception table so oftentimes it was the security who greeted us and checked us in. I liked this idea, it’s efficient and simple. The internet connection is marvelous and currently they applied a new service which in Superior Rooms guests could have a netflix streaming service on their room, it’s great. The pantry is very nice and clean too, just like the rest of the place. Overall, this is my favorite place to stay in South Jakarta.

The location is strategic close to the MRT station There is a mini gym and swimming pool I requested a non-smoking room but there was a smell of cigarettes coming from outside the room so the smell reached the room I didn't even pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a lot of hair in the drain that wasn't cleaned, so when I showered, the water pooled, so I brushed it with a hotel toothbrush. It's time to change the towels

Mutiara Suites Jakarta is having a good advantage on a location in Pangeran Antasari Street-South Jakarta. The Hotel is simple, a place to stay over the night, and average. Needs more attention for the staffs to do better hospitality. There are several varieties of room sizes, from 27m2 to 48 m2. The room needs better cleaning on the bedsheet. The bath room is quiet clean. Over all, Mutiara Suites Jakarta is OK place to stay, don't expect for a luxury thing. If you have a budgeted place, this might be your choice.

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

I stayed for 2 nights here, at the first time I saw, this hotel is located after Cilandak Town Square Mall, the nearest hotel. I can call it a short escape staycation for refresh and relax, the food and beverage from the Streat Resto and Bar, you must order avocado juice, sop buntut, nasi goreng iga, fettuccini carbonara, and wika wina juice. you should order too the promo package, salmon steak and virgin mojito! it was very delicious! for the room services were also good, I was happy to stay in family room it has 2 bedrooms, 1 with the king size bed, the other 1 with twin bed, which perfectly fit too for family staycation. the room was also spacious, clean, completed amenities, and dine in room service. the hotel has meeting room, ballroom, outdoor area for chill, gym, bike, and kids playground. so it could make your stay more comfortable. well, based on my experienced, all the staff here are humble, friendly and informative. Thank you so much for making my stay and my family feel so memorable! would be back soon!

My family is a regular guest of this hotel on their yearly visit to Jakarta. In this occassion, they stayed for several nights. Compared with the past visits, the room's interior and furniture are getting old and might need a renovation. The good things are none of the stuff were broken, big room and refrigerator, breakfast was provided, fast internet connection along with its strategic location in Kuningan business district. This is still a very good value compared with the price. But what impressed me the most is the honest, kind and responsible hotel staff from the housekeepers, manager to the front-end staff who found my family's lost wallet, kept it safe, informed this to me and returned it. Everything's inside the wallet was safe and we are very grateful for this honesty and responsibility. We will surely return again on our next visit.

1. It was located in the middle of the citizen’s residential area, near Jl. HR. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn’t quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & washbasin were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and washbasin got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn’t sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel’s guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn’t sure whether I would have another night there again.
