The hotel is located in a beautiful area on south Goa, you feel like you’re in a natural paradise. The hotel is super clean, reception stuff Shubham Dessai & Manpinder kaur helped us with day trips and yoga classes, restaurant stuff gave us the best service. Food was great, especially the all day breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and went to the spa which was great. Rooms are spacious and have great little details like mini mouth rinsed and more. Great balcony, very recommended

Amazing place in middle of forest. Wonderful staff and best food. After chill or party at goa beaches come here to unwind and relax. Must try is the konkan thali and ross omlette. Also enjoy a short Drive to nearby waterfall. Special shout out to Shubham and Saurabh for being such a great host.

This was perhaps one of the best staycation that I and my wife both had in the recent times. The resort itself is nestled between mountains and the view from the reception area is amazing. We reached the resort when the monsoon was still prevalent and the atmosphere here was really serene. The clouds forming on the nearby hillock made the entire scene very picturesque. When we reached the resort, we were welcomed by the resort manager namely Mr. Saurabh Khurana. His way of introducing the resort to us was very unique and impressive. He was very cordial and jolly. The rest of the staff were very hospitable as well. I have travelled alot and this resort, by far, is one of the best and most hospitable of many resorts that I have been to. Another aspect worth mentioning was the food which was especially curated for us. The Chef namely Mr. Nima personally came to meet us and inquired with us about our preferences and also our likes and dislikes. The dinner was one of the best I have had till date. I generally do not write reviews unless the place is very good or the food is worth mentioning, but the resort ticked off all my likes. The stay was 5 out of 5. The hospitality was 5 out of 5. The food was 5 out of 5. I definitely recommend this resort and I would be revisting it again.

We visited this property while in our Goa trip this year.We went to explore Netravali waterfalls and wildlife sanctuary and after exploring all day,we were tired and wanted to have some food and rest for a while before heading back to Main goa city.Upon searching we found this property,in the location and we were quite surprised how cum a 5 star hotel was operating at such a desserted location.Nonetheless,we went to have food and explore the property. It was a resort spread across 20 plus acres.Upon arrival we were met by the resort manager who allowed us to have a showround and also to dine in at their main restaurant.Located at a seculded location, with very few to almost no locality nearby, and almost facing the jungle,we expected it to be filled with staffs and security personnels and high fencing was desirable to segregate it from the rest of the jungle area.Unfortunately, none were present.Apart from few staffs at the restaurant and reception and 2 at security,we saw none. Also the property was open to the jungle without any fencing which meant any body can trespass and come inside.Thats just a mishap waiting to happen. And most importantly they had only 20 rooms all over and that meant very few guests even at full occupancy. Not a very safe and sound idea for a luxury stay in our opinion. The resort manager took us across the entire property, showed their spa,a jaccuzzi free to use for all resident guests, and the guest rooms as well. The property was spreadout so we took a buggy for transport. Rooms were spacious and luxurious with each individual balconies but balconies open to the wild and without any fencing,it's not quite safe at night.Plus the lighting all over the property at night was very minimal and they even told us they turn off the lights after a point to save electricity.Imagine the forest wilderness, very few staffs working, situated next to the jungle and to top it off, lights go out after midnight. And that too after you are paying 15k plus tax per day. While looking at the spa menu, one thing struck us was the 5% service charge. It is written as discretionary. After visiting all around we went to the restaurant to have some food.In the restaurant also, service charge was visible in the menu but we didn't pay any attention as it was optional. We ordered a sandwich of some kind to taste the food quality first and then order more if the first item came good.Guess what we received? Those breads 5 star hotels give in bread basket complimentary before food comes.2 of those breads and some chicken and lettuce mixed in the middle. We got 2 pieces of that in one sandwitch.Taste was not great, the lettuce was stale, chicken was also not fresh. The saving grace was the French fries served on side. They were tasty and fresh. However they were given only 6 pieces on a small bowl. When we asked for a free refill,we were denied. The server went this to discuss with the resort manager and they discussed for 5 minutes and then the manager said to tell us no

I could go on about how picture perfect The Postcard Hideaway is (it truly is). However it’s the staff who made it one of my most beautiful and memorable stays. Shubham Dessai and colleagues, you have the gift of providing excellent service with professionalism, but more than that, with kindness, a smile and empathy. Thank you so very much! Isabelle and Tim

The property is uber luxurious. It is located quite far from Dabooim airport approx. 1.45 mins. Since it is in the wildlife sanctuary it is very quite and serene. Quality of ammenities used are top notch. 👌 Saurabh , Shubham , Harshad, Chetan ( sorry if missed out some names) and their team are truly exceptional 👏 service with a smile is their motto. Food quality is good with nice presentation although the items on their menu are limited. No buffet breakfast only Ala carte which is also limited . No bacon and hash brown or sausages ( they serve chorizo instead) served with breakfast which I found quite unique considering a uber luxurious hotel. The chef does make your own choice. Food is expensive, quantity less. Their cottages are great especially the one which we stayed in had a grandeur view of the sunrise 🌅 and unparalleled view of the lush green forest. Their outdoor deck area from your room has some insects issue which is quite understanble because of the thick lush green forest. Make sure that your sliding door of your deck is always closed at all times to prevent small flies and insects entering your room. Overall a breathtaking stay, as they say always, staff and service makes all the difference in any hotel, whether you are in a 5 star or any other.

Spent two nights ***** with my better half at Postcard Hideaway Netravali from 02 Sep to 04 Sep 24. It was an amazing experience from the time of arrival till we left. It was green everywhere in the resort which is located inside a forest with thick vegetation all around. A very warm welcome was accorded by Mr Saurabh Khurana the operations head and his team. The luxury cottage allotted to us simply superb with all modern amenities. Excellent housekeeping support was provided by Aditya during our stay. Food was excellent and dishes prepared at the restaurant by Chefs Amit Jha & Ashish were delicious. We will be doing a mistake if we don’t mention about Sonia the service manager, who was so very helpful in all matters. In fact each and every staff member was very well behaved at the resort and looked after us in the best possible way. Many thanks to all of them

This was an absolutely brilliant experience. We've always wanted to visit Goa in the rains and ended up choosing Postcard Hideaway Netravali. Is the stay and food expensive? It is. Is it worth the cost? Absolutely. The service was brilliant, on par with (if not better than) our experience with Oberoi. The food was very different and something we did not tire off even after 3 nights there. But aside from this, what sets Postcard apart is their commitment to aspects like anytime check in / checkout and anytime breakfast. Although this may appear small, they are absolutely liberating when it comes to planning a holiday. We arrived at around 8.30am and had no issues checking in. Similarly, our breakfast timing was also varied, anywhere from 8am to almost noon (and they had absolutely no issues with it). Smaller touches were also great, including a take-home pouch for toiletries (lovely toiletries as well). Were there any aspects of improvement? Absolutely. Food service was slow, even at the restaurant. Not a deal breaker, but it can be agonizing, waiting 30 to 45 mins for our food and drinks after ordering. Also, menu options were a tad limited but you could order stuff like pizzas etc and they would make it for you even if it was off-menu (we didnt try that). On that aspect, the GM promised that they were expanding the menu soon. TLDR: gem of a place with very secluded rooms and great service, tasty food and awesome differentiators which will make us re-examine any five star stays we do in the future. Will definitely be on the lookout for Postcard properties in the future. Cons: Pricy stay and food / drinks.

The Postcard Hideaway is idyllic and located in a stunning location but what makes the place stand out is the staff. Led by the incredible Sonia, the team went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. A big should out and heart felt thanks to the chefs who catered to our dietary needs on a daily basis and Seden and Muskan in the Spa who were simply so professional, kind and caring. To everyone! Thank you!
