"Very disappointing experience. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but that is where the positives end. The management was extremely poor. Even though our reservation was confirmed and fully approved, we arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey and were forced to wait nearly two hours before being allowed to check in. The room had almost no basic amenities. There was no refrigerator, no kettle for making tea or coffee, no complimentary water, not even proper drinking glasses, no drawers, and no slippers. The room felt completely under-equipped and uncomfortable. The building itself is attractive, but the service and management are close to zero. For the price paid, the value was extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest that travelers spend their money elsewhere, as there are many better options available. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had."

"Back a few days ago and what can I say , the holiday as a whole was great ,on arrival we got asked if we wanted to upgrade rooms which we did and was well worth it , was nothing pushy about it , front of house staff where very pleasant, staff sorted our bags to the room which was down by the main pool which was great for us having pool/ocean views. Entertainment staff where all super nice and not over the top just said yes or no to activities simple no stress , big shout out to ham he was a great fella give us the low down on the hotel and about out side it , kids loved him he was great ,I forget the life guards name ,he was very helpful in morning getting sunbeds and all set up , barmen came round pool flat out serving any drink we wanted which was outstanding. Food was ok for what it is , all types of mixed meat fresh from the grill, fresh chickens cut in front if you. Pizza on demand , people saying bout it being cold I never had a issue with temps of food, there cooking for alot of people like come on folks lol we had our own table every night at 745 was clean and served coke from bottles outstanding again , never had a stress or worrie at all . One day for like 10 mins there was loud drilling regarding tat so its not like its flat out, they are updating the hotels what do people expect ,also kids club lauran I think her name was looked after our young ones from 3oclock to 5 ,thought she was brilliant, kidsvery safe with her and well looked after , done the horse riding and quads, quads where great for the price tbh, what we did find was a small tip now and then makes every ones life a little better , though its not expected nor did it feel like that , , slight issue with pool being a little cold but once I was pushed in or went down slide it was fine lol will def be back to this hotel , id say best time would be April may , or October, as in summer id say be busy busy amd we had such a chilled time and great weather tat week we be scared to risk the busy hot summer , great alround value hotel , people expect to much for the prices of this holiday. Not much out side hotel , a wee kebab shop near the hotel would be perfect but lol"
