The facilities are not working in the room, the TV has sky but only in italian and you cannot work it with other channel as the button is on the top of the tv, you have to stand up by a table to work it, so we didn’t watch very inconvenient. The tub is not working, the power shower has weak water to come out so not a power shower, tv is not working in the bathroom. Headboard has it’s big scratch that looks scrapy leather like very old. The bed linens has brown stains and so as the chairs. Ahhh looks not cleaned for a long time. No options for breakfast, all ready made breakfast like cereals, bought bread and cold cuts from cheap shop.. the fridge is not cold in the room. Needs improvement as to facilities and food service.

The claims made on their website are nothing like the reality. Due to its claim of 4 star rating they should provide many services and facilities however what they actually provide is very basic and minimum. There are no guest information packs limited reception times no daily cleaning you have to try and find staff to get toiletries as they never replace them bed linen is only changed once in a week towels are old and tatty the shower is falling apart the furniture is dirty the toilet has only one flusher working the breakfast breads are stale and the so called lounge bar is the breakfast room without the breakfast on display. We booked and paid for a deluxe double room with balcony or terrace and were given a small basic room with a window and you can see the view in the photos . We complained on arrival got a reply 4 days later basically saying that’s what you’ve got get on with it and blamed the website for not being updated which states the same claims today as it did when we booked. We would advise not to stay here it will spoil your time away and vhome do not care or even attempt to assist with your complaint.

Vhome was very clean with spacious rooms compared to some areas in Italy...the staff spoke broken english but enough to communicate and were extremely kind. Price was very reasonable for the service and area.Would definitely stay there again!

Belle emplacement avec stationnement. Bien situé dans un quartier sécuritaire. Facile d’accès. Bon petit déjeuner servis sur place. Chambre propre. Hôte parle Italien mais nous avons réussis à se comprendre avec notre anglais-français.

Ήταν παρά πολύ καλή η εμπειρία! Οι ανθρώποι που εργάζονται είναι παρά πολύ ευγενικοί και καλοί . Μας άφησαν να πληρώσουμε στο check out . Το κατάλυμα προσφέρει πάρκινγκ . Επίσης το πρωινό είναι απίστευτο και πραγματικά δεν έλειψε τίποτα . Ειδικά όταν ζητήσαμε κάτι που έλειψε από το πρωινό , πήγαν και το αγόρασαν και μας το έφεραν. Πολύ καλή η καθαριότητα , ωστόσο έβαλα 4/5, διότι η κοπέλα , αν και είδε ότι τα είδη καθαρισμού πχ σαμπουάν είχαν τελειώσει , δεν τα αναπλήρωσε . Ωστόσο το δωμάτιο είναι τεράστιο , άνετο , καθαρό και το μπάνιο με το τζακούζι και τη τουαλέτα προσφέρει μια απίστευτη εμπειρία

Overpriced considering the kids slept on the sofa. No early check in. Damaged furniture on the balcony. Bathroom was tired. Weird vibe and not easy to find.

Il posto è molto pulito, spazioso e luminoso. I prezzi un po’ altini, la colazione è abbastanza variegata nonostante sia servita in spazi veramente ristretti. Odio i distributori automatici di caffè e latte, quindi devo dire che il momento della colazione non l’ho amato. Consiglio anche di cambiare il fornitore dei cornetti perché sono veramente poco invitanti.

I am very saddened to read the negative reviews for this hotel and I feel they are in no way the experience we had, so I felt compelled to write my own. Myself and my partner have stayed all over in some of the nicest areas in the world in our time, and we were very impressed by this B&B. The owners always had a smile on their faces and were very approachable. The breakfast was tasty, I loved the eggs. The rooms were very clean. Two shower head options. The AC worked perfectly. A couple of minutes walk into the centre of Sorrento. I would book here again without hesitation. The room was made up every day. Thank you for a lovely stay!
