Luiselle Charming Accommodation Sorrento City Center

The most charming experience in Italy. I was nervous because this was a smaller hotel. However, don’t let that concern you. They have a full staff, they are helpful, polite and very accommodating. This place was absolutely fantastic. The room and terrace was amazing. Very well maintained. This was my favorite place of our whole trip to Italy. Quick and easy to get to from the train station. Located near shops and eateries. Again the staff is wonderful. You will love this place. Book it!

We had a very cozy room with a small terrace which we enjoyed every day. Breakfast was served from 8-10 every morning with a wide array of foods, from bacon, eggs and yogurt to fresh pastries, fruit and even tiramisu! Plus delicious coffees/cappuccinos made to order. Our room was cleaned every day as well! Truly an exceptional stay!

Small bed and breakfast which was modern, very clean and well-run. Very nice breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Room was very quiet.

What a lovely place to stay! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed. (Our only regret is that we didn't request a balcony room.) The location was perfect - just a short, 5 minute walk to the center and far enough away from the crowds and chaos. The accommodation itself was very quiet. The breakfast provided a nice array of foods local to the area, baked goods, fruit, meat & cheese, and eggs upon request. Every staff member we came in contact went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful - Luiselle, Angela, Eleanor, Carmela and Alicia (apolgies if I have mis-remembered or misspelled names). I can't recommend this B&B highly enough!

Fantastic property. The staff is exceptional. Clean, comfortable, lots of amenities, and you couldn't find a better location. Short walk to the heart of Sorrento, and the staff helped with tours to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. I had a car, which was no problem as the staff arranged for a parking company to meet me at the front door and park my car for me. Highly recommend.

My wife and I took our honeymoon vacation through Italy, and stayed at many different hotels and resorts. Luiselle's Charming Accommodation was the best out of all of them. We truly believe it's Sorrento's best kept secret. The building itself looks like an office building or an apartment complex, but don't let that fool you. After a short elevator ride up (the elevator is small, but charming), you get to the floor where this stay is. We arrived later than we had planned because our flight got delayed, and there was a very friendly staff member (I wish I remember her name!) waiting for us, and greeted us warmly and was extremely helpful. She took it upon herself to make us feel welcome, she booked dinner reservations for us, helped us book taxi's (which can be a hard thing to do at peak taxi hours on the Almafi coast when the tourists are all heading out for the day). The other staff at this accommodation were equally as helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, there was a friendly Italian lady who cooked us omelettes and they were delicious. Otherwise there was a big selection of meat, cheese, bread, fruit, and the other usual breakfast stuff. The room itself was super modern and looked like it was recently done. We loved the lighting, there were USB chargers, and booklets on information for our stay in Sorento. Did I mention that the accommodation itself is only a 5-10 minute walk from the town square of Sorrento? Very centrally located and we had a great time walking to and from the town center, because it's a scenic walk with cliffs, plants and view on the way. The ladies who run this accommodation made it a 10 out of 10 experience. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming. The only possible downside I could say about this place is that when we first arrived, the building was a bit off-putting because of how it looked on the exterior. We though "are we in the right place?" but as soon as we walked through the door, those fears totally melted, and were replaced by a wonderful experience. My only regret is that we didn't stay long enough!
